The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Stokey, re. Interim Results RNS 30th Sept 2022, 'The Company is formally engaged in the Fleet Solid Support Programme (FSS) under the Team Resolute umbrella with Navantia as the Prime Contractor and the Company as its sub-contractor.'
The offer price, although laughable, is not the reason I will vote against this, the arrogance displayed by the BOD in proposing to safeguard their salaries and pensions above all by recommending they continue onto another venture with our money is the reason
Thompi, Broomfielder.....I did not really expect any replies to my post and certainly not such eloquent and heartfelt ones, thank you for taking the time to do so.
I rarely post but always read this board. I have found it a good starting point to do further research and I appreciate all investment opinions.
I will certainly contact AGL now I have some words to help me do so. The NHS needs a device such as this to save resources not just lives.
Having had the full treatment for high-risk bilateral breast cancer (multiple surgeries, chemo, radiotherapy, hormone drugs), I understand that if (or more likely, when) it returns, the characteristics of the cancer may well have changed from the primary and a tumour biopsy will be required to determine how to treat it.
I am a perfect candidate NOW for Parsortix - studies have shown that my particular type of cancer usually returns after 10 years and I am just past that. There are many types of breast cancer and advance warning of what would help/hinder the cancer before a tumour appears is surely invaluable. I am angry and dumbfounded why the NHS is not crying out for Parsortix and confused why clinical UK use appears to be governed by the FDA in USA.
I would have thought that with an 11% drop that it would be easy to buy but difficult to sell yet I tried 3 times to get a quote to buy and could not. I did not try a limit order though. This was after the 100k buy @ 4p. I was trying to move from one account to another (not a bed&ISA); instantly got a dummy sell quote however. I have known this happen before on other shares both before a share rise and before a share fall so I cannot read anything into it. I remain very confused with this share, talk about a soap opera! If they owned assets in the legal sector it would make more sense....
Thank you. The corporate event on broker's site closed on 29/10 so I could not use it but have sent a msg to my broker instructing them to accept, if there is a problem with them actioning this I will let you know. Truly appreciate your time.
Good afternoon.
I recall RY receiving that amount of shares as a bonus for his part in achieving the Licence,
'RNS Number : 3631U
Amur Minerals Corporation
28 July 2015'
I have not posted here in ages but still read with interest
I have not seen much comment on the following:
'Silence would also receive tiered, low double-digit to high-teen royalties on net sales for SLN500 and each optioned asset'
Has anyone seen any revenue projections regarding the above bandied about? The words 'also receive' caught my eye......
Showing as 1.12, -2% on moneyam, price shown on here is the same as it closed on Friday so no idea where they get the +15% from.
Do wish the company would get a move on, these 'final stages' of funding are certainly very long 'final stages'
I am certainly no expert and hold in this stock but surely someone is selling 500k chunks to cover the buys? Happy to keep learning and have my theories examined hence why I am posting. Am confused why there have been no holdings RNSs to cover the frequent 500k sells. If they are not sells someone is picking up stock very cheaply (maybe stock is being transferred by the exiting directors).
of 90,909,090 shares @ 0.14 just went through 126k yet no movement as yet on share price.....any ideas as I may have missed something..if is not a typo then as is nearly 5% of company we should be getting a holdings RNS shortly
Do you mean the rupture to the lining of the tailings dam from 2011 that halted production for a week? I may have missed a further leakage hence my question. I know that most of the fine imposed from the 2011 incident was later rescinded due to remediation measures taken by (then) HMB....where did you get the info on poisoning the whole village from? Not disputing your account I would just be interested in reading the source as it (2011 leakage) was described as 'minor' at the time by the company.
