1 says the shares are valued at 10p so I don't have to pay Capital gains as I sold below 10p.The listing price.

Hello,I am filing a tax return to the Irish Revenue and an not sure how to categorise it.

I sold my shares earlier this year at 8.3p.

From what I understand the POLB dividend is not subject to income tax but will be for capital gains tax.

So do I just pay the 33% (GCT) on the shares I sold at 8.3%?

Are the shares valued at zero pence?

POLB initially started trading at 10p does that have any relevance?
