I dont believe so. Obviously PYC do not design these drugs or trails, they are just given the data from these trials to work out dosing regimens. Within this you may think safety and effectiveness are of big importance.

Laura, if that is the case, makes you wonder why they have not out their name to it? I think Merck KGaA have put their name on most of their contracts with PYC?

Saying that, the other "existing" large pharma, Bicycle, Numab and Astellas have also put their name to contracts. Yet this contract is more secretive. ?

I know PYC often "repost" FDA tweets, but i believe that this is the 1st time they have written a tweet themselves and mentioned FDA and @physiomics #PYC at the same time?

Is this important? I believe so. I am not sure on the analytics of such things, but if you "repost" someone else's post, it may not have the impact of mentioning them in the same post? To me, it seems a deliberate ploy to say to FDA, hey we are here, this is what we do, your guidance is going to be needed by drug developers?

According to search engines, "Titration" in drug development means this....Drug titration is the process of adjusting the dose of a medication for the maximum benefit without adverse effects.

Titration is mentioned approx 10X in the Project Optimus Powerpoint presentation by Physiomic in 2023.
