There is a case that newbies could like the look of a company, but if the BOD do not have a decent holding of their own shares, then a newbie may think " whats the point in investing, if their own board are not invested?"

I believe that when PYC do the dosing regimens for drug targets, its in phase 1 to 2. With bio, they can use what we hope will be expertise ( from either contractor or staff ) all the way thru phases 3 to 4. As usual, its down to if they can execute this opportunity? They are limited at the moment in the targets trial life in the early stages. With bio, they could be useful as a company all the way thru the targets trail span.

The recruitment of head of modelling was noted earlier this week, after it was thought that it was already filled.

Finally, the Company continues to build out its second consultancy service-line providing biostatistics solutions. During the year, both organic and in-organic options to build this capability have been progressed in parallel. Shortly following recruitment of a Head of Biostatistics in October 2023, the Company decided that alternative expertise was required and that until a suitable replacement Head of Biostatistics can be identified, experienced biostatistician contractors will be utilised. The Company now has two senior biostatistics contractors and with their support, it has started early engagement with prospective clients. In addition to organic development of this service-line, a European-wide search for Biostatistics service companies was conducted and the Company continues partnership and acquisition discussions with a number of targets.

I take it from the above that Dr Michael Ghebre has changed roles? He now appears as "principal consultant" on the website, where as before he was "head" This correct?

I believe they are looking to fill the Head of Mathematical Modelling which was mentioned in the July raise? The way i read it, Modelling and Biostatistics are 2 different things?

To me, Ant post does raise caution? Ant being a founder, you would have thought have some ilk when it comes to getting some kind of feedback from the company. If as he says PYC are not replying to his questions, then you have to ask why? I to have had no replies to my cordial questions either, and that is to any of the email addresses.

Doseme is the bog one for me, getting that all signed sealed and delivered will be a route for PYC to the US market.

Then there is Project Optimus, this along with a lot of other initiatives by the FDA will shape drug development for decades. According to X which is not a great scientific sample i know, but PYC are probably the smallest and only UK based firm mentioning it? If you search for the larger UK based pharma the GSK and AZ's of this world they do not mention it? Its not known if these companies will be doing their own dosing schedules !in house" however to get these new drugs thru FDA approval, they are going to have to design them within Project Optimus?

A question to the masses, why is Hayley going to Barcelona? They are presenting a poster on the PARTNER study. As good as Hayley maybe good at her job, she is not scientifically based? The PS is a big thing for PYC, with lots of time spent on it. With all the data etc that could well be on the poster, would one of the scientific team be a better choice?

Physiomics plc (AIM: PYC), a leading mathematical modelling and data science company supporting the development of new therapeutics and personalised medicine solutions, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a new contract by an existing, large pharma client. The project involves updating two models previously created for the client with newly generated clinical data. These models are based on the Company's proprietary Virtual Tumour platform and are developed to support dosing and scheduling decisions for the client's oncology combination therapies. The value of the contract is £65k and it is anticipated that it will be completed over the course of the current calendar year.
