Agreed that this price looks very tempting, if we touch anything below 45 then I'm topping up as it just seems like a no brainer. The results were good and there is a really positive outlook which I doubt has changed over the last few weeks!

I would hope for something back from them as I've lost a third of the month with barely any return to a fault that they have now acknowledged.

Yeah you can't really argue with the analyse of VELA, it is pretty awful how it has declined over such a short space of time with no real signs of optimism in the short term. I would usually see this as a good point to top up in a share but I've lost a lot of confidence with VELA over the past months.

I can back up the reliability of their customer support, after sending them a message about the lack of funds I was receiving they have come back with the following:
"We’re reaching out to let you know that there was a technical issue with the pool you selected to mine your Zcash package — Nanopool.
We’ve switched your pool to Flypool. This pool is more efficient, has a lower payout threshold, and a higher overall hashrate, so blocks are found more quickly and payments will arrive in your wallet faster."

I'm happy that they have fixed the issue although I've gone back to them to say I'm not happy that I've had to point this issue out and I've lost 10 days of efficient mining so we will see what they say. As you say though LG there will be teething problems with such a new company but it is how they overcome these problems which show their potential to grow.

I've just sent them a message to see what they say, it is good to have the bb as a reference point.
If you could keep us updated on what your findings are for transferring money out it would be good to see what is working best and to make sure that we don't miss out on a better deal somewhere else.

I'm using nanopool which is the only difference between us but seems to be making a big overall difference! Mine is now looking to be about 0.01 every two days now which is still 4x less than what you are receiving.

Are you likely to keep the package next month once the 50% intro offer has finished?

I didn't think we would see sub 50 after the last set of results and outlook for the next few years. If this drops back below 45 then it is a clear no brainer to top up here!

I'm up to the mighty sum of £2.91 os zcash, I get about 96p every 3 days which isn't enough to break even on it. Likely to be one cancelled membership at the end of the month.

I wasn't expecting to make loads from it but as a minimum I expected to get slightly more than what I'm paying them. At this current rate you are better off just buying it from an exhange thus making Argo a pointless business. Early days though and I want to be excited about it.

My initial thoughts on the Argo mining platform aren't great, currently four days into "mining" and I've got the grand total of 96p worth of currency. I currently can't see me breaking even on the introduction rate let alone the full price offering.
I will keep an eye on it for the rest of the month, just wanted to share the most recent figures as I was always curious why no one had posted them before.

My Argo mining account has just gone live and started mining so it will be interesting to see how it works going forward. That does also mean that they now have the extra accounts all paying into them, fingers crossed the results are good and it is worth sticking with after the introductory rate has finished!

Good to see a bit of positive sentiment returning to this share, I feel the bottom has been reached and we can start moving up again now. I still see Argo as a good investment but that is imo. Getting back above .5 would make me a happy man.

I wish I had the funds to top up, this price must be below what the investments are worth surely? I'm so far down and already overcommitted to this share that I can't put more in but there can really only be one way from this point.

Happy with the results today, hopefully we can push back towards the 70s. The future potential is there which is shown by the commitment to increasing the dividend. More than happy to take nice steady rises to the top with this one.

I've now signed up for ZCash as well, my thought was just to give it a go for a few months and see what happens! It isn't a massive outgoing so not the end of the world if it doesn't work out. Hopefully there will be some reward for us in the near future. GLA

What made you go zcash over horizen? I know very little about either of them so even with the early access I'm dubious to jump in. Also we the massive sell of of crypto since the first batch is there any chance of making more than you are paying in this current climate?

Get used to it, I've been here for years and it blows my mind that more people aren't interested in OPM. Hopefully the prospect of the dividend rising over the next few years will be enough to put it on the radar of new investors.

Did anyone see that ARGO was written up in the Telegraph (https://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/2018/08/03/netflix-cryptomining-makes-47m-london-stock-exchange-debut/), sells it pretty well which will likely add a few more to the waiting list!

I just wish they would release more accounts to the people on the waiting list sooner rather than later! It would also be good to get feedback on how people who got the first accounts are doing? The fact that no one has mentioned it since the first month makes me think that they are no longer doing well?

During this quiet time on the BB it would be good to hear how the chosen few from the first batch of ARGO accounts are getting on with their mining?

Has anyone got info on when the next batch of signups are likely to go live for mining accounts?
