Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
LTH but with good results I would think you would expect an increase in share price and there is no gain. This is very concerning as in most instances when we have seen a good RNS, the share price has increased and then gradually dwindled, what will happen this time? I am so under water I will be holding, however my faith and view on this company and the board have been beaten to an expectation of eventual failure.
LTH and unfortunately got in at around the spike and have bought all the way down. Not sure exactly why I am posting as it will make little difference to the board of UFO. However, it seems that the board are treating this company as their private piggy bank and fun fund. I know you need to bring in credible people to steer a ship, however have these people been credible (it would seem not), have they steered the ship in an effective manner (doubtful based on the information provided and current share price), have they taken reasonable sums of money as Directors and NED's (absolutely), have they got much skin in the game (not really except Rod who seems to have a reasonable share holding). I believe the company has the grounds to make this a good investment (hence the continued purchases), however with lackluster performance, no communication, glacial movement and delay after delay it seems they are trying their hardest to eke out the capital raises to pay themselves and not focus the company for the shareholders benefit.
Good commentary Max111, I have been a long term investor and remain so. What I don't understand is if there is $5bn of unlocked value 100% owned by UFO why is the current market cap £26m and dropping. Surely enough people would see the potential opportunity. I unfortunately invested at the high and managed to leverage down over the years to under 1p, however I still need a 100% increase to break even and although there is good news it never seems to stick. It is very frustrating.
What I don't understand is that reports looked good, future reports are looking positive, talk from business is all "super", however share price has dropped 3%. I have been a long term investor with a cost above current price and I don't understand why this has not jumped far more than it has. There are a number of people saying 2p by end of year, however it seemed that was the statement last year and since Oct 2020.
Good post and so true, I have been in this share for years at an average of £1.42 and about a month ago I lost faith in the lack of faith the board seem to have in their own company. Therefore, I sold taking a significant loss, this was hard as the share had become more than a simple tool to make a profit and rather than sell and invest in other companies I held in the belief of a better return. I have this morning jumped back in at a much lower level and I hope the ride will be good, however this time I will take the profits.
Sorry what is MFTB?
What is happening with this share it hasn't moved in price for some time?
Can anyone confirm why this has risen today, I have had a brief look in the news and cannot see anything of reel importance.
