The sign off was transfer of license to KMUK subsidiary. What i see has occured is that when hainan fosun and kodal met recently in mali the DNGM expressed there absaloute commitment to ensure it transfers however were open about how slow they are at admin. Hainan decided to waver the last condition and trigger funding and the trasnfer will occur as and when.

Ultimately $100mil is landing in a matter lf days and this funds everything. No more raises and no more chasing deals. No debt.

For a Aim investor it doesnt get much better.

Market mechanics are a thing yes however what you have failed to recognise is the catalysts that caused those stocks to fall apart.

Thats a risk in ANY stock not just AIM.

So what your doing is making a assumption is that they all must tank eventually.

I can point out a investment case to show how the strengths of KOD far outweigh GGP, PREM ect.

But tbh i cant be bothered and to call a 're trace' isnt stock market genius. LTH are simply looking for repetitive higher lows.

For me it was 0.22 my intial entry then higher lows was mid 0.30s, then 0.45s now funding has triggered and where will we seek support on a technical analysis basis ? Almost definitely nothing as low as the previous higher low. But an increase in each higher low shows what ????

A long term UP TREND.... now go relay your 'expertise' somewhere else.
