exactly the mali admin does take time. It could be far worse.

Leo lith now facing a complete re application of mining license onto 2023 because they decided to do as they please with DSO.

No sign when they will re list could be months and months its why its key to have good and honest relationships with mali gov.

I think theres a real chance leo could lose the lot.

To recap the completed steps for kodal

1. Jorc compliant mineral reserve with huge potential to increase further.

2. Fully permitted to mine with the backing of both environmental work and the local community. Yes a mining licence is secured.

3. Opex and capex studies show a robust operation with large profit margins.

4. Cash flow income with both mining phases complete of $660mil on current spodumene pricing,phase 1 by 2024 130k per year 2026 330k per year output.

5. Joint venture with a chinese mining major Hainan they are building a hydroxide plant are highly successful miners under FOSUN a powehouse company.

6. $117mil secured to complete the build of phase 1 with a huge % of that available to drill and expand resources at Bougouni.

7. Spodumene pricing is predicted to increase sharply by 2025 by which point kodal (KMUK) will be miners.

8. Mali is a well established mining country with already operating majors and kodal is set to become the first spodumene producer in west africa.

9. Forward strategy it has become clear the plans is then to use funds made from spodumene producing to drill out and data build on all of high potential gold mining assets.

Been holding kodal 3+ years i believe its ok to have a opinion.

Its 12 months of fully funded drilling no dilution both permitted and funded to a full production.

No other lithium stock on aim has funds, licences and jorc data.

Wether it dips or wether it flys. Either get in sooner or almost definitely pay a luch larger price near production.

There was a late UT trade below current bid.

It closed about 7% up.

Dont be fooled by the UT. Volume just started picking up again as we closed. The RNS was late in the day but had to be released as per Rules for admission of new shares.
