it clearly says in the RNS they are now finalising.

Ultimately its well and good saying they knew what they are going to get xyz but i wouldn't be finalising anything until i saw the £ in the bank. Which they are now doing and i have absaloutely no doubt there is admin and paperwork involved post receiving the funds that can only be done once its in the bank. Probably final reviewed by financial advisors too.

We are talking £40mil not £4 bank transfer.

I am not sure my maths are correct there in honesty. Would it be 8p above what ever close price is so say we closed 30p would be 38p. Ive always been in growth stocke done well out of it so never dabbled in tenders or divis much before.

324mil SOI ÷ £40mil (top end promised) = 8.1p so tender offer could be as high as 28p.

Unsure on accuracy.

Assuming if a influx of orders do come in for sensor or QDs then nano have good capacity to produce on scale and maybe some of the retained cash held for further expansion if needed.

What i find really strange is WHY the order is shrouded in so much NDA even the volume of it. I am not convinced its gone St micro otherwise i think that would be clearly outlined as the recievers in a RNS. Which it hasnt been.

The only thing i can think volume of order will give away to the super nerds where the tech is going it will interfere with the 2024 product launch.

What i find more curious is the ceo comments. Words to the effect off....

'See how the customers customer takes on the tech'. But additionally then with commercial ramp up if the tech is uptaken.

Like if the order was going to some small firm to produce some small time tech. Surely it would just be overtly stated whats the benefit to NDA it ?.

Its obviously a major brand name lauching something. But i cant find any real releases from major brands other than the apple vision.

Id suggest if BOD mention at any point that the customers customers product launch went well and the forward uptake looks promising. We can pretty much nail on say its apple vision. Theres to many links between big tech firms samsung apple ect for nano to have not stayed on radar.

Dr jalal non exect arriving

Is a well networked high net worth person who owned a semi conductor major firm. I dont think hes just turning up on the eve of commerciality scale up to take 60k of PIs a year. Hes a deal facilitator.

How do we know how much we would get per sensor?.... i dont see it being as low as pence.
