Then KOD dissapeared of the articles and i was directly informed they sold bearish articles appeared and then the agena flipped again to postive when a reposition was took.

There is no mitigation or defence within the legislation to say 'oh but they put a disclaimer down'.

Any mitigation or defense is outlined under subsections as per all criminal legislation.

Its very apparent that with a stock with such high profile as prem that if the wheel falls off and it fails the reports that will occur similarly to copl will have some of these people in the firing line.

You may know the tech. You may know the bod but i know market mechanics and how sentiment can drive shares. IF nano announced tech was in VP and even if the profit was small it would absaloutely rip. If lets say the tech was being used by a small time mobile but was large orders. Which do you think would impact share price more ?
