Firefinch were the original developers of goulamina. They then struck a deal with gangfeng and then formed leo lithium who is 50/50 with ganfeng. As per mali procedures the licenses under FFX needed to be TRANSFERRED to the entity under leo lithium.

Another view of mine is that hainan obviously will be keeping tabs on whats happening at leos goulamina. I have absaloutely no doubt that hainan and gangfeng are at least having a conversation as per all chinese bussiness. There is infact a MOU between kodal and Leo lith wether its still intact i am unsure.
