The fact hainan are willing to extend the 60 days is great to me as my ONLY concern is they would grow tired of mali. But clearly have not.

A MAJOR wants it. They are going no where.

Based on my research of leo lith and FFX timelines i will put my name to it that license transfer and release of funds will come at a random point in the next 60 days.

My basis for that is ffx and leo time turnaround at this stage.

Go on 2021 and look at the time frames it took for license transfer from ffx to demerger. Which started when ODI chinese approvals occured. Mid august 2021 i believe. Then look when the finance package triggered and the license transferred. Ask yourself is kodal ahead or behind schedule ?
