They hold 54% and we own 16% - surely they will push for the company to be wound up rather than rebranded to get their money back as its Asset rich?

Depends on the debts they have - if they have none then the shareholders get the remaining cash after the employees.

There are more buys than sells and yet the SP drops - is this because there are large sell orders going through in the background and we will find out tomorrow or is it MM manipulation?
