This was mentioned in the capital restructure documentation pack in feb and March requiring the EGM and was as you say part of the deal with Peterhouse re broker warrants.

The company has no say in when these are exercised by the way

If you do have an issue following this explanation I will forward your email to the Nomad Northland for discussion in AIM regulations as they ensure the company is compliant.

Something is happening but I am not sure. I do not think it is bad as we would have found out also by now. PSL is on to many peoples radars for it not to go un noticed. Sycric is right , to employee those people and the salaries that they are on must mean something is happening. I believe it's the logistics of deploying the system that is causing him frustrations, not from his side but maybe third parties. He may have under estimated the success of the trails and it may be larger than he thought , or the worse case is the clients have asked for more time for the trails. The Halcyon system looks at many different things, and I would have thought to see some real difference on how energy efficient it would be, would be to test during the winter period. Thinking out load here and just my opinion

not sure I understand what you are trying to say ? my post was not a ramp or deramp ? merely sharing info that I though would be useful and to try and stop this pump and dump session. Ok so its on FB , however I would have thought if it was a paid subscription or installation then it would have had to have been announced. This may be another trail going on which doesn't warrant an RNS. Its good to see that they are making progress but why Is James keeping this away from an RNS unless it is just another trail.
I'm far from deramping , I have made it clear that I cannot afford to buy back in at any price. All my funds are tied up elsewhere. Very much a big supporter of PSL and what the potential could be.

don't bite to him , like I said the other day he's good at what he does and this is how he makes money, unfortunately at our frustration and expense. You are absolutely correct in what you said and I cannot see any link between the care home or PSL , and real investors will know this. I updated the market on the 30.6.18 and frustrating as it is there is nothing I can report since then. As you know AIM is a regulated market so this makes it difficult so I advise you to await for any news on RNS

Things are going well and however frustrating it is for you its at least the same if not more for me

good man !! personally I would say news's won't come that soon but news will come. My gut tells me something is going on in the back ground which is causing the delay. I think we shall hear something mid September and nothing sooner. This is just my personal feeling. I'm extremely confident thou when news come's it will be good news and again my own personal opinion.
