I don’t get is all the crap at the moment. We all knew this was coming. If they had not done it two weeks ago it would have been soon anyways. They have a product that will sell and it’s got potential. This part of the business is not going anywhere and won’t delist !!! They would have not signed a partnership one week before knowing what was on the cards a week later. This is not something that was discussed last min. most of their customers in trails would have been also notified, yet none of them have walked away. None of the major investors have walked away and of the finances or the future outlook would have been that bad then it would have happen by now. What’s killed this so is the lack of patience and frustration of months of tampers saying news tomorrow , contracts this week. It doesn’t work like that !!

They haven’t thou have they. The lighting side has and that’s nothing to do with the halcyon side of the business. Like us the potential customer also knew this was coming. We don’t know what the conditions of the trails are either. A week before this happened they entered a partnership and at that point they would have advised them of the current situation and still a partnership was signed.

A long term holder I actually can see both points and both could actually work. It’s no secret he has trails and it’s not impossible for them to be signed. If I was him thou I would look at all of my current trails and offer them all a discount. This would increase his exposure and likely to attract more contracts next year, and if they all sign up then it would be the equivalent to 3 or 4 major contracts. This would easily put the sp in 4-5p range. He needs customers and more exposure. Once he has this I think he will step aside, personally I think he’s determined to prove to himself as the founder he can do it. Once he’s done it I think a new board will be on the cards.

Never take anyone’s word .. buy because you have researched. But my opinion this is not a bad rns. Not sure why people have sold on news like this as we are in no different position than we was yesterday. And at the moment that’s bet than been bust

Way I see it and please I’m just thinking out loud here so don’t shoot me down. But if they are monitoring the benefits it has on there Energy bills I.e heating and lighting, hot water and so forth would it not be best to get a gauge of the bills in the winter months. So if they started a trial in summer and it was a long hot summer there is nothing to really go by. They will only start to see the benefits now. Don’t forget the new updated halcyon system only came out in May .. last years trails count for nothing on the new updated version

I thought the same about it going private, however from all the last job advertisements and looking back at other employers , the employees seem to be on share incentive scheme. Now unless James wants half his work force to walk out on him I doubt very much its going private. Its sink or swim for everyone

Than a year .... lol I must be crazy I somehow still don’t believe this will end bad thou. But, I may being completely stupid here. I still think James has something up his sleve.

In a tricky position here. As many people know I am one of the unfortunate Lth that has lost considerable amount of money, however I have not sold as it’s pointless pulling out what I have, however call me mad and stupid but do I invest again and try average down or stay put. Again call me mad but I truly believe this will come good. Something just doesn’t seem right and maybe there is some madness in this approach. Mmmm

wonder what walker crips are thinking .. did they not own 13% of the shares. Do you think they have accepted there loss or do you think they may not be worried about the future ? correct me if I am wrong but they did not sell up did they ?

I like KOD as it has lots of potential and especially after today’s Late RNS.i reckon they will be in production a lot sooner than 2020. I was hoping for the sp to stay as it is and when psl eventually booms as they say pile most of my profit into KOD. But again today’s rns May send back into its 20’s again.

KOD , sold AMC in a little profit and have it on my watch list. I also have on my watch list AXM , EVRH ,ADL,RMS. I heavily invested here and KOD

Spokesman !! really. Firstly the RNS did not sate L&Q so how can a spokes person comment on something that's not been advised to the market. If it was mentioned and James did say L&Q then L&Q are in their rights to lodge a complaint for false news and force James to re issue a new RNS correcting the news. This would effect L&Q share price also by entering partnership.

So tell me why would a spokes person comment on something that has not been made official ? why did the article lie about James saying L&Q when actually he did not mention it. I'm sorry but its basic stuff here, if James would have falsely advised the market he would have to retract his RNS and correctly advise the market. Please tell me where on L&Q's website , RNS or PSL websites that is officially has stated they are the association in question ?

No one has confirmed it’s L&Q .. RNS did not state any company. Plus L&Q have not realised any news to confirm of deny either way. The only source we have is an housing magazine artical , and may I point out that also was inaccurate and they quoted that James mentioned L&Q in his RNS when in actual fact it was never mentioned and only mentioned as the association. I know is frustrating but people really need to have concrete evidence before they shout out inaccurate information.

It makes no sense for James to take on any trial without having the confidence its going to be paid. He's not stupid , why would you put the company at such risk. He has other trails and some are paid ... these trails are close to contracts and once signed then it shall be paid for .. or he will announce a contract and a placing at the same time.

I am not stressed ... makes no sense to get into bed with a large company and not been able to deliver .. plus association would have wanted some sort reassurance of the companies position before starting such a large trial , this will effect them financial as well.
