Difference in Tangible net assets over the last 5 years (£354m-£65m) divided by 4 = £72.25m / a target market cap of £1100m, express as a % =6.5%. Anything above 4% is fair value 10% is very good value and what i look for. No dividend to add but we have to take off an average of 2.5% per annum for share issuing. 6.5%-2.5% = 4% or fair value. Of course, i'd want boohoo to fall further to the £1bn mark, this is unlikely but not impossible, this is when I will strike.

The increase in tangible net assets is of course a lot lower than the increase in net assets, there has also been approx, 10% dilution of shares. Fair value according to my calculation seems to be around the £1.2bn mark, however, I have down a good entry point when the market cap reaches £900m. If this happens I will be interested.

I believe Boohoo is still 40-50% overvalued. The increases in net assets over the last 5 years do not show strong enough growth to justify the current valuation

Ignore the noise.
ScS is a quality company. In 6 months time the supply crisis will be much improved and in 18 months probably non existent.

Good update from Redrow today, expecting revenue and profit next year to be above 2019 levels. Will likely mean Bellway update their forecasts in the near future.

A really strong update. SP lower than in Nov -2017 but at the same time Net assets increased substantially. £7 price target is far too low. fair price looks to be around £10
