It’s going ahead if it’s agreed...which it will be as those proposing it hold most of the shares. No 8.5p and £1.27 are just the figures using today’s mid. The actual new price will depend on the price on the day the shares are consolidated. Nothing to be gained or lost on the consolidation, I would say it’s more of a PR thing that may change potential investors perception of the company, in a positive way.

You would end up with 10466 shares, but they would be priced at around £1.27 ea.

It means if you currently hold 15 shares it will be consolidated into 1, so the share price will rise x15 but you will hold 15x less shares. So when it happens the share price could be around £1.27 based on current price of 8.5p.

Don’t panic though, this has been done to allow the funds to buy in, no reflection on the business. IMO.

That 11m buy is the directors sale.

The first RNS is the issue of new shares. The 11m in the 2nd are shares that were held by the directors.

2nd RNS means 2 directors have sold some shares, looking at the price paid probably straight to a fund. I see this as a good sign, and all part of the growing process. I have just used my Lisa bonus to grab a few more.

Jsmith the RSI is a reflection of the current price, not the reason for it. The good or bad thing depending on how you view it, about the small cap’s is you can look at all the charts you want, it doesn’t take a massive amount of news either way to make the price move in a big way blowing everything you think you know away. I took Friday as an opportunity to top up before people actually realise what the rns means, and this is then reflected in the price.

Chesh, always good to have a good tree shake which I think we have seen over the last few days, if that buy order has been holding the price down until filled we could well be in for an interesting week next week.

The big buys where more than likely the big sells you were getting yourself in a frenzy about a couple of days ago. They could have been worked to look like sells, comments like yours of the last few days just make it easier for the mm’s to get the price they need...you basically help talk the price down for them.

Yet it’s still higher than it was 6 weeks ago. FACT! Time to get a grip jsmith maybe a nice 5% regular saver is more in you risk profile?

Yes it will tick up going forward...and down and up again and down again...you are in the wrong game if you think it should only ever move in one direction. Your panicked comments on here serve no purpose other than to panic others who may be looking to buy.

I agree on the possibility of a future takeover, if it’s 3-5 years I’m hoping for more like £1.20 though ;)
