Very low volume at the moment, even small trades are causing a shift in price so you might get lucky if someone drops a sell tomorrow it may tick down again. Good luck, I’m in for a few and expect a steady increase over the next 6 months...assuming no surprises when the results drop.

Trades at 8.64p are buys just below the mid made to look like a sell, Appleby I think that big order you wondered about is still being filled.

As a supplier of Renold products to the end user, I can confidently say there reputation for quality is second to none. They potentially don’t pass on enough information to there investors, I received information about a new product last week...maybe it will be mentioned in the results and doesn’t warrant a seperate RNS?

The RNS’s are confirming both deals have gone ahead, and the new level of investment the funds involved now hold (its increased they are the placement shares).

This bit looks interesting - “given the background of the Company's directors and senior employees, we are also actively reviewing several complementary opportunities of interest in the mining sector” Maybe potential for further JV’s with outfits that’s are already producing?

The 20% dilution is matched by the 20% increase in customers, and that’s before we factor in the further potential we now have as a larger group.

Looking good for a quick recovery imo, oversold on a minor profit warning. If it stays at these low levels I would not be surprised to see a takeover, probably by an American company...they would love the Renold brand name and reputation.

We are on the verge of wider recognition, its going to be an interesting 12 months.

Stop fretting jsmith, if you own £200 worth now, you will still own £200 worth after the consolidation....it’s pretty irrelevant what the price is on consolidation day, the same cannot be said for what the price is days, weeks and months after ;)
