If you are reading comments which are showing a sp in a fixed time frame do not listen to them, i doubt these people even know the reason for the increase. Ignore those comments as they are not educated predictions. Base predictions on what the company is doing, for with afc a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies announced recently a strategic partnership with ABB, a world leader in electrification and digitalisation technologies, operating in over 100 countries, to develop the next generation of high power electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions. With the global EV charging market expected to exceed US$140bn by 2030, this collaboration will support the worldwide delivery of the charging infrastructure required to meet such a demand. It will also create a new solution that will provide secure, efficient, flexible and reliable local power supplies, with zero emissions. The joint system will be ready for deployment initially in the UK, Europe, United States and elsewhere, by the second half of 2021. Frank Muehlon, Head of ABB's global business for E-mobility Infrastructure Solutions, said: "ABB has led the way in e-mobility solutions and is proud to have played a key role in driving EV adoption rates across the world. This partnership with AFC Energy allows us to continue to push the boundaries of e-mobility, specifically targeting off-grid applications and thus enabling a much wider reach of e-mobility based on clean energy. Also, Adam Bond, Chief Executive Officer at AFC Energy, said: "Today marks an historic milestone in the commercialisation of our proprietary hydrogen fuel cell as we commence a long-term relationship with ABB. This strategic partnership is fully aligned with AFC Energy's go-to-market strategy, with ABB providing strong and credible access to key customer channels in Europe and overseas. "It will bring to market a unique, zero emission solution powered by world leaders in electrification and alkaline fuel cell technologies, to enable deployment of future high power EV charging infrastructure. This is a key step on the journey to full decarbonisation of mobility and transport across the globe, as we continue to drive down costs and further increase manufacturing scale, underwritten by emerging global market opportunities.". I bought this stock when i was 14 when it was at 18p recently turned 15 i believe this company will increase due to the partnership with ABB, but this is my theory as i have read up and learned more about the company. Do some research and come up with your own prediction dont listen to the people on here who just give a random sp and dont support there ideology behind the amount.
Does afc do dividends?
I bought this share on my 15 birthday this year when its sp was 18p, so glad i did as this company has such good potential and i believe there are good things coming in this companies direction, the reason for the rise is below this comment :). Happy new years guys.
Shares of AFC Energy (LON: AFC) are rallying after the company announced on Tuesday that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with multinational corporation ABB to develop and launch a high power electric-vehicle charging product.
The partnership will see ABB distribute the product through its marketing channels from the second half of 2021, with each company investing in commercialisation and marketing.
ABB is hoping to utilise AFC’s zero-emission, high-efficiency fuel cell technology to produce charging systems for private vehicle hubs, charge point operators, logistics hubs and distribution centres, public and private urban transportation and vehicle take-off and landing craft.
