Less then the following would be my guess.
HE1 is looking to mobilise a 2D seismic survey to better image under the top seal in the main Karoo target formation with the intention of getting started ahead of the wet season. We estimate a cost of around US$1-2mm and this should help with HE1's well placement for the deeper targets next year.
I don’t think they GE have to do several rounds of funding - they are using existing drilling holes and only have to hit helium at either location, they will the be able to forward sell the helium.
Mosman don’t have the resources to develop the current AUS assets agree, but it would be super smart to be profitable (via US fields) and prove the resources (via Georgina Energy) this way in a year or so teaming up with a major they can do it on their own terms or even sell the small stake in ep155 to totally self finance.
Mosman are small fish they were lucky that they managed to survive the pandemic without getting any debt, they have the golden ticket with assets in AUS, but none of this is going to happen overnight - probably another year before things really start moving.
Maybe the Native Title Agreement is becoming too difficult to get hence Georgina Energy just cannot float (without the rights - no work can begin on the site). Will they delay for a further year? Guess Mosman were smart enough to get someone else to spend all their time and effort resolving this issue..
Mosman have two areas they think contains helium and hydrogen one which they sold to GE (but still retain around 15 pecent without having to do anything) the other they have 100 ownership. So if GE ever manage to float it will give real tangible value to Mosman assets (we are talking eye watering multiples)
I dont think anyone in their right mind would invest in a company (Georgina Energy) that cannot even manage to float on the London stock market (they have been trying since 2019 by some old videos on the web)
Answer to recent placing price:
In order to fund the planned drilling and anticipated completion costs at Cinnabar, the Company has raised £1.1m (before expenses) by way of a placing of 1,375,000,000 new ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Placing Shares") through the company's broker Monecor (London) Ltd, trading as ETX Capital, at a placing price of 0.08p per share (the "Placing Price") (the "Placing"). Investors are also receiving a one for two warrant exercisable at a price of 0.16p with a term of 24 months, 687,500,000 warrants are being issued in aggregate (the "Placing Warrants").
If people see any success with Centrol Petroleum (surveys etc) then they will he heading in Mosman's direction. Also the same with Georgian energy. Mosman will at some point be the cheapest entry into the helium and hydrogen speculation/exploration business especially at the current market cap..
Even a small bit of the following is an insane amount.
Ep155
With seismically defined closure based on CPR 2U calculations of 3,400 acres, nett attributable Prospective (recoverable) Resource volumes to the Company of Helium are 111 BCFG, Hydrogen 102 BCFG and natural gas 0.91 TCFG with respective in-situ values of US $38.51 billion, US $0.62 billion and US $2.72 billion.
