yeah would possibly consider it if was in a higher price. This needs to hold up around here for a bit for the next leg up. Initial buying must have calmed down.

Just looked at Friday afternoons trades and there are a lot of £10k buys. Like tons of them. Someone is building a position for sure. II, PI or maybe a pharma gobbling cheap shares? Why pay £10 a share when you can buy them for £2 right?

Oh it’s happening Mr Big! Time will tell who wants it the most! We will look back in years to come and realise how lucky we were to come across Synairgen. This could upend up being lottery money if someone wants it badly. A big pharma can make money off this for years for corona, then in eternity for COPD and probably find it helps the flu and common cold too in smaller/first defence devices. Then come the next virus and they have the drug already approved to combat it. Priceless and IMO worth more than a few billion ££‘a. Surely at say 2billion a pharma would make their money back in 6 months from licensing it out or distribution worldwide.

Mr big - I agree. Unfortunately it was on a news day where they had planned for the vaccine to be the big news. All pre planned by the government for good pr. what they didn’t know was that synairgen’s results were going to drop that day too. Nearly knocked it off the top slot but there was too much pre recorded media stuff not to give it airtime. Plus the news chap in Southampton just repeated himself about 100 times all day. This should have been the biggest news in months but anyone I ask didn’t see it on tv. They did ‘see’ the vaccine news tho. Ours was imbedded in it and glossed over pretty quickly. I hope the government pull something out this week or trump will have the lot. Good for our sp but bad for uk’s chances over the winter.

Woodstock - there are few more too. Sharesting was very helpful prior to results. Looks like he’s cashed in now. Nolupus whist he annoyed most of the posters here did bring a sense of balance and it was actually useful to take a step back sometimes and reassess things. I now have to ask myself would I invest £500k now in Syn and that’s a hard one to answer. I guess yes if I had the money which I do now but no before I made it as that’s an insane amount to put on one company. Possibly cash in another 10% on the next rise and keep doing that when it comes. I would prefer a takeover as our hands are tied then but I think the licensing route is more realistic.

Chrishar - definitely a leak. I remember saying to my wife that something is happening here. The whole board changed. New users all coming from twitter. They came in such a wave it was obvious now you look back on it. Not that I care but we were saying well done to people on their timing. *******s. They knew.

Foxi - stop trying to get in cheaper! A placing won't be needed. Money will be chucked at us from every conceivable direction. UK government, US government, worldwide pharma's, WHO etc etc. They will all want it if the data is enough to start commercialisation. Think the COPD data will be used to fulfil any data vacuums and be enough for EUA.

I really don't know which way it will go.

1) Straight takeover
2) Deal with Uk government to supply all drug to UK first. Further deals in 2021 worldwide.
3) Licensing deal to a big pharma who takes a large stake in SNG.
4) Multiple licensing deals around the world.
5) Do it all themselves, placing to scale up production and sell product at market value.

How you value each option is hard to say. My preference is straight takeover so the choice isn't ours but could be any of the others. £2billion + takes into consideration the impact this will have on helping economies to recover. £500m would be a steal but still a lot of money for the team at Syn.
