the £100M would be broken down into a price per share, and you would get paid that price for all of your shares.

Given how small the market cap is compared to the cash the buyers have, i'd probably go for all cash.

But as the others have said, could also be a combination of cash and shares to what ever value is agreed.

Because shareholders simply wouldn't accept. The current sp is well below true market value.

We aren't in a accept the offer or die situation, if the bid isn't good enough then it's declined and the company continues with it's cost saving exercises.

They had 8.1 million shares. The rns 45 mins ago says they dumped 2.5 mil yesterday, it also says they don't have voting rights on 2.8 mil of them as they are held on behalf of someone else . I may be wrong, but I would read that as they are not allowed to sell them.

After their sell yesterday now only have 2,770,823 shares left that they control.

Given how today's gone would not be surprised to get an RNS tomorrow or the day after saying that they are out completely of their shares.
