In March it took about a month to recover (October 1 week), it probably makes no difference if you buy on the day before or on the day of the drop. I would like to top up, so 93p ish on the day would have a more of a bargain feel about it. (Basing on todays price)

JD. has been superb for the quick buy, sell, repeat. Can anyone recommend other shares with the same opportunities ? Does the share need shorters to be effective in this way for mere minnows like me?

I'm not after life-changing amounts and probably would have sold again today if the trading statement was not coming up. JD has paid for a kitchen and a new top-spec TV this year. My tactics mean I will probably miss the boat when it sails, but I am content with my small successes. I hope you enjoy the hot tub!! You will need to dive into JD every now and again to cover the energy bills im thinking.!! GLA , i hope you all succeed with your targets.

What a dilemma! I sell at 73.6, which was enough for a nice new TV (I have small targets!) and then the price swings. On Monday, this will tease me to buy in again. Good fortune says buy the TV, but greed says go for the TV and new speakers! hmm
