I think this is a very good long term investment, but what do i know (or you come to think about it).

Could someone explain please, why when you look at some of the trades do you see (example) 1,40 100 etc shares only purchased? Is this someway that the Buy or Sell price is manipulated to give a larger spread? Thank you

At the moment support is 90p if that goes it's making it's desent to 80p.

This stock is only good for shorting no good for investment any rise in share price back down it comes.

Personally I can't see what's going to be the catalyst to move this anywhere over £.

I personally feel this is going to drop a lot lower the only hope is a takeover but with the housing market on its head I don't think so.

I have taken a job as a Postman in Suffolk recently and one of the area's i cover is a new Taylor Wimpey build nearing completion.

The first thing i notice is the really poor quality of the doors. Paint is going matt, they flex ALOT when you knock on them and the letterboxes are already falling apart. Pre rendered corners of the houses i have seen some rust coming through (Must be some support underneath.) Should i be concerned that my TW and BTRW investment will be hit when the housebuilders are told to rectify poor build quality. I makes me wonder if this could be our next setback...

I have been in this for some time. The spread at the moment is massive! I believe in this Company and feel i should get a reasonable return. Plus 5%+ Divi's.

I spoke with the Taylor Wimpey rep in East Anglia today. Sales are picking up as they come to the end of a large project in BSE. 3 'big' projects are happening this year with a 'massive' project in 2027.
