Absolutely agree with you Lazarus have but it’s all about perception even though you could research back and note consolidations
The perception of keeping on having fund raiseing is that management are keeping the company afloat for their own financial gain

It would make a massive amount of sense to attracting new investors and it wouldn’t be expensive? And consolidation is just an alternative to buying back shares would make very little difference to existing value of company or personal shareholding

Because 300 million shares looks a lot better than 3,000 million shares

If a fund raise they surely would have to do a share decrease maybe a 1 for 10
