PIs make the same mistake time and time again and they never learn.
They keep buying when the SP is falling, a number of them sell everything at a loss, sometimes a big hit. The holders get far too excited when they are back in profit, (you can sense this from the chat today) they rarely keep buying on the way up and frequently sell too early because they feel relieved at breaking even.
Some might make money, it will be a thousand or two with a very small fraction managing their holding for significant gains (£100k plus).
Just an observation
On the moving average:
A shorter timeframe crossing over a longer one (20, 50 and 100) is bullish. Scancell have all in play. The 20 is over the 50 and that is over the 100.
MACD
When the MACD is above the signal line, that is a buy, when it goes below the signal, that's a sell. Scancell is way above the signal and widening, therefore very strong buy.
Bollinger Bandwidth
That has been climbing since mid August and at an all time high. A fall in that is generally seen as a sign that the surge in the SP is losing momentum. Scancell BB is climbing every day. Very strong by signal and no reversal indicated.
Charts are even stronger.
On the Moving Average the 20 is around 8.9p, the 50 around 7.3p and the 100 at 6.8p. The MACD is at 1.5 and the signal at 0.9.
So the gaps are growing, and with the SP at 15.5p the RSI is at 90.
The Bollinger Bandwidth is at an all time high, this indicates a continuation of the surge.
These are extremely bullish charts , getting stronger each day and showing no signs of reversing.

The briefing from Friday
Scotland’s Interim Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr Nicola Steedman briefed journalists with Nicola Sturgeon on Friday and announced the two leading candidates were making very good progress. (I assume Oxford and Nottingham)
She also set out the selection criteria after analysing the characteristics of the available vaccines, some will be more more appropriate for the elderly and some for specific conditions.
The joint committee for vaccination and iwill be involved giving policy advice across the UK.
Professor Wei Shen Lim, Chair COVID-19 immunisation (Nottingham University Hospitals) will be involved in that process at the highest level.
The link here with Scancell and the comments from Dr Steedman leave me in no doubt why the share price has been rising quickly and IMHO, this is just the beginning.
Dr Steedmans comments are available on the Scottish Government twitter feed on Friday and scroll to 1:40 for her commentary
