Watched the interview, this guy is really deluded, words cannot describe this disgusting men. If we have put forward an offer I'm not surprised it's not been acknowledged, as majority of the shareholders do not count in his books. Maybe you tried this but we must involve enough media, MP,s etc to voice our concern. Failing all this we can then express how corrupt these BOD have been and how no authority is questioning this illegal fraud.

I returned back from a short break cannot believe the share being suspended. We only have a few days left, can't we get together for Management buy out or Rights issue to get us through. Replace the BOD and have our funding sorted out. No point in waiting from the BOD as their intention is to sell cheap to their chums in return for a handsome bonus. So glad they lost the vote, very interesting wording in recent RNS: 'The Board is disappointed that shareholder approval for all of the resolutions has not been obtained and continue to consider the financing and restructuring Proposals to be in the best interests of the Company and its Shareholders'. So the Board is disappointed? how about the shareholders who you wiped out, did you expect them to vote? Keep on stating best interests of shareholders? how stupid are you there is no shareholders left you have wiped us out, how are you keeping it best interests of shareholders. Let's be ready for the next step and have these crooks where they belong in prison.
