It could be that rms have been waiting for this approval to strengthen their position in negotiations. We should get volz contractSSS very soon. It may that everything was dusted with a clause “pending MHRA approval”.
Very big achievement and certainly the NHS and DHSC contracts should follow very soon too.
Yuppy
What has happened to fusionboy? No sign.... Combusted, lol?
Great MHRA news. Funny how the bb is alive again when last few days was unreadable, lol...understandable. We’ve been urging patience....and dr Cave has obliged with his retweeting. Don’t surprise if no rns tomorrow cause they didn’t rns CE approval either. Which strange when you think of gdr and Ncyt announcement raised the sp very high. But I’d expect one tomorrow, yes the rns and the sp high increase
Davand, I don’t think I was incorrect. your statement “they don’t do lft” I took it to mean they aren’t interested in that area of testing and my reply was “they do” ie they are. (Everyone knows mhc isn’t offering lft atm, otherwise this bb & share price would be buzzing for months with avct like posts/sp since the government mentioned lft 6 or so months ago to be launched this April).
sometimes 1 line post covers days of research. I provided this am evidence from Arthur..... and also in light of the following:
-Mhc already provide covid testing services, albeit pcr atm
-Mhc has its own lft for pregnancy (expertise with some knowledge transfer Covid lft a possibility, eg avacta Covid test, rms Covid mask, Rolls-Royce and Dyson ICU oxigen equipments- all these cos’s Covid products weren’t part of their products development but for Covid)
-Few of the cos mhc have link with are producers/manufacturers of the covid lft, eg yourgene, bbi, Abingdon
-Yourgene ceo is a director of Abingdon and also our director
-2 of our directors are yourgene’s too
-Mhc has strong working partnership with yourgene
-Mhc ceo worked for BBI (manufacturer of avacta’s lft, apparently one of the main one to be used by the government)
-Mhc have combined 75/100 years in diagnostics
-Nationwide stores through Boots
If you take the above, Mhc has the credentials, the expertise and the partnership to offer covid lft testing services, NO NEED FOR THEM TO HAVE THEIR OWN LFT TEST As per avacta, there is no need for technical skills to administer the lft, hence its low cost and wide spread general use.
The government will be looking for several test service providers to meet its target of offering the test twice weekly to the whole population. The logistics to set it up will be a nightmare if it were done by the public sector (recall nightingale hospital), certainly not the NHS which is snowed under to the extent it’s canceling 100,000s cancer appointments. Therefore the private sector will have to provide the bulk of testing and I see mhc more than deserving.
On a more speculative note, who is to say mhc aren’t developing their own lft? Surely testing is their core business not to take advantage of £8 billion (and more later) and develop further products in this pandemic would be very strange indeed. As suggested by TEMPLAR they may be doing this already in their targets of 2 products monthly.
In any case, travel requires pcr tests. If we get lft contract that would a huge big bonus, lol. As you say we will all be pleased with mhc promising growth ahead. Good luck.
Could anyone update please? I’ve been off screen
Davand, here is another tweet from Arthur, possibly 44000% increase in revenues, lol.
12h
?#Boots Agreement: If #MHC were to sell 1 test kit a day at £95, in each of the 507 stores, this would generate 17.5m revenue for supplying .5% of people flying in a day of UK travel via airline alone! This would be a revenue increase of 44k% on last year. No numbers needed in RNS?

You pick on Arthur ONE misspelling and disregard the evidence he provides, lol. Plus you misrepresent/misread (more serious than misspelling lol) what I said. I never said mhc were providing lft now but that some of the cos manufacturing it are linked to mhc and so very likely for the government to award contract to mhc in light of their boots agreement, a household name and nationwide distributor and provider of consumer health services and product. It saves money and takes the pressure off the nhs etc....
btw, we are all speculating on shares bbs, if that needed to be made clear.
I see the government awarding contract to mhc because of its agreement with Boots, a household name with distribution infrastructure nationwide. It takes the pressure off the NHS, councils etc....otherwise they will have to set up testing stations everywhere. It’s costly and space etc...in short supply. I wonder if this is why Penny is expecting “substantial revenues“ this year; a nod/contract could have been given by the DHSC.
Davand, here is the evidence indicating mhc should be involved in providing lft test. Some of the cos listed with link to mhc are manufacturers eg yourgene, BBI, Abington. Arthur is well researched and is an investor as opposed to a trader.,listen to his sharetalk discussion.

Come on dr cave 1.2 billion people are crying out for our mask.
New Delhi under pandemic night curfew
“The Indian capital on Tuesday imposed an immediate night curfew one day after the nation posted a record coronavirus surge, with financial hub Mumbai also introducing similar restrictions, AFP reports.
Alarm has grown since India passed more than 100,000 new cases in a single day for the first time on Monday.
New Delhi, home to 25 million people, and other major cities have all ordered a clampdown on public movement.
The Delhi regional government said the “sudden increase in Covid-19 cases” and “high positivity rate” meant a night curfew was needed.”

Wear a mask and a Covid killing one for the sake of your loved ones if not yourself. Unless you’re jordel13 and fusionboy, we don’t want them multiplying unless as canon fodders for the army.

fusionboy, you’ve been posting all days and you’re the last to post now before mine. Do you think BB stands for bed & breakfast? Nowhere else to go, no company, no one to give a hug? Really sad!!! Go watch some cartoons, at least pretend you have a life outside this Bulletin Board, not bred & breakfast, lol.
Jezabel, good idea! Presumably condoms for both sexes to increase further the production and consequently the sp. Masks for bums too, for the likes fusionboy, cause the two holes in his body are in fusion, from **** his spouts.
What do people think of the 12 months agreement with Boots in light of:
1- Bids for the £8 billion test contracts that started months ago and closed today.
2- government has stated before that nationwide testing to start in April
3- yourgene is part of the government consortium for testing
4- Boots/airports agreement to provide testing, as posted earlier.
Have mhc been given the node, if not more, by the DHSC? Otherwise why confident to sign an agreement with Boots for TWELVE MONTHS?
Remember, Mhc have been doing Covid home testing for travel and general through their website for weeks now.
The sun 3 hours ago. Not that I read the sun, lol.

So the puzzle picture is building about Boots using mhc test at the airport.

Indeed enormous with their tie in with yourgene, which is part of the government testing consortium and Boots being a nationwide distributor, the government would indeed award mhc a very juicy contract inc home and airport testing. Boots have stores at airports and there is hardly any space to install equipments etc..at these airports, so use ready boots.
