Itaconix, a leading innovator in sustainable, specialty polymers, announces the appointment of John I.Snow III to the board of Itaconix as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect. As was notified in the fundraising announcement of 12 July 2018, with Mr. Snow’s appointment as an appropriate replacement, Julian Heslop steps down from the board of Itaconix with immediate effect. Mr. Snow is President and Managing Director of Quabb in Capital, a private investment management firm in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Prior to joining Quabbin, John was an auditor with KPMG in New York City and Boston. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst, and holds a Master of Science in Accounting degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Amherst College.

Executive Director Jim Barber as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company effective 1 December 2018. He
replaces Kevin Matthews, Executive Chairman, who is stepping down from the Board effective 21 December
2018, as was previously notified in the fundraising announcement of 12 July 2018.

appreciated.” IMO only of course.I like the changes. 1st August 2018.American investors apparently snapped up extra shares in August 1st fund-raising of £4.5 Million. This is another reason I invested today & the 2 Board change,s. New blood & ideas taking the company forward.Apparently the company may HQ in the US.
