I see it as pretty irrelevant, positive even as I’m hoping to top up towards the end of this month or maybe sooner if SNG allows me to top slice.
My strategy is probably the same as most; do nothing and await the dropping of the ‘Fat Man’ size bomb that’s surely coming!
Seadog.
I agree completely. My post wasn’t really an ‘asking for a friend’ type admission of being in an uncomfortable place, I was just looking to gauge if many newer holders are taking a punt. I’ve played a lot of poker and was heavily involved with crypto over the last few years so I am full aware of what it feels like to lose money
If you have a look back through the posts there’s some very in-depth valuations by people who appear to know what they are talking about. I have done my own research but I’d never profess to know enough to make a decent valuation. I’m just an average Joe with an above average salary which fortunately allows me to mess about with AIM stock.
Every days a school day on this board though, by this time next year I might admit to having a bit of a scooby but certainly not at the minute. I’m still in the google searching acronym phase of being the next Warren Buffet
Twinny
Love that matey, I’m confident you’ll be credit card free at the very least but fingers crossed for a full Reno and a big pension pot also
There’s been numerous posts of mortgages paid off, new cars, altruistic gifts to family etc etc if all goes well. What about the flip side ? Anyone got the courage to admit to a major issue if the predicted 50p-£3.50 offer doesn’t materialise shortly ??
One of my colleagues has a £5000 loan at 3.6-% APR and an buy in point of 24.5p, that’s scary enough for me if I’m honest ....
Hello Ian,
Please stick me down for what feels a bit conservative but still life changing £0.98
Danke
Sunshine, I appreciate your thoughts. It’s good to have balance. I think you’re wrong in this instance though. But good luck in your other investments.
Agreed about the contradiction Ferg All I’m really asking is Has this chat followed a usual path seen with many other AIM companies or does the level of anticipation seem like a truly unique once in a PI’s lifetime type event?
As a newbie, I can’t help but think that all this talk of paid off mortgages , kids university paid for and brand new sports cars is a touch premature. Having done my own research and closely monitored this board, I’m of the opinion that dreams are going to come true very shortly. My only question to old hands is this; are the message boards littered with talk of counting ones pre-hatched hens or is this relatively unique based on the majorities certainty that EUA’s value is massive ?
As a new PI this is particularly difficult to endure. ( glad I got rid of my stop loss though ) second lockdown fears and COVID gloom are bound to dampen price expectations but for this stock nothing has changed surely? The value is in the ground. Maybe not checking the price until Friday evening is the best bet ?
I desperately want to top up but I haven’t got any cash ....:( do I start to sell assets to top up ? Or will that risk missing the boat whilst sales go through . Aaaahhhhhhhhhhh.
Oh well, worse problems to have I suppose .
Just sold my holding in RDSA ( at a small loss) and topped up. Never been more confident. I do have a touch of the ****** about me though but fingers crossed all ??
what areas of concern did they identify ?
I’m now heavily invested in EUA after doing my own research. Quite late to the party but I’m still looking good. My question to you guys that have been in for the duration; apologies if it’s a stupid one.
What was the main indicator that this was a strong buy in the very first instance you looked at it ?
I get that many may think I shouldn’t be investing if I have to ask questions like this, I’m just trying to build my knowledge .
Appreciated Cheers ??
