The SPRINTER trial cost big money to run; that is finished. the ~25mln in the bank will last for plenty of time paying the odd statistician and buying paperclips.
They're looking for a platform trial which will be funded by others, the product/ devices are on the shelves and ready to go.
Money isn't the issue for SNG.
Getting that data to push for a platform trial or a scarcely thinkable EUA application is where we're at.
Interview is there to watch - RM said data in May.
Sub groups to be looked at are comorbidities and OAPs.
RM stressed a lot the wider applications of such a treatment and how it would be useful for seasonal flu or other viral lung infections.

Something jumped out on their respiratory page near the bottom there are post-it notes that flip over to be examples of success.
One reads "Interpreting 'difficult' outcomes in clinical trials and steering discussions with the regulatory authorities" - the example continues "achieving additional indication for an inhaled COPD product"
Is it just me or does this sound familiar ?
Dunk, well said - I was just going back for the line of the RNS below:
With the strong safety profile that this treatment now has shown, it is appropriate for it to be considered by the large platform studies to confirm efficacy signals in severe COVID-19.
Did anyone else notice the NIH lady, Stacey Adam, is speaking at the ATS event ? - I seem to remember someone (manifesto?) emailing her on the progress of ACTIV-2 data?
Also there is mention of two companies Veramed and Transcrip with the SNG booking details on the ATS agenda - not sure I've seen these two mentioned before.

Synairgen are paying for the interview and the good press it generates so surely they have something worthwhile to say.
Katie is hardly going to grill Richard (and likely is given prepared discussion points or even scripted questions) so this 'should' be a cake walk for Mr Marsden.
Manifesto, the last weeks you've been saying results in March ?
I'm trying not to be negative but not sure what is achieved by making-up deadlines that can only lead to disappointment.
I understand how it works, just don't think it has anything to do with the sp at this moment or these "contributors"
It also makes me a little sick to think of opening up my ISA account to witness the decimation, would much prefer a return to pre Monday levels and a cheque written for my CGT owed.
