It will be interesting to see the market reaction, I don't think they take it seriously until the money is received which like you will be early next week. Different industry, however IMMO on 26th March 2021 did a premium placing at circa 10% above the current SP, the SP quickly rerated to the 5p area and most recently has broken 6p and peaked out at 6.7p. I would expect a similar move to be the minimum, especially if it comes with a Mine plan showing how output will increase over the coming weeks. After holding for a number of years, this truly is transformational for the business ! ! !

MMs have done well to walk it back down on very low volume, looks like the reversal has occurred and ready to move back up - decent volume of buys to signal the reversal and now gone Blue, Daily chart also looking decent. I managed to grab a couple of top-up chunks around 9p, happy to accumulate.

Looks like the slack around 1.95p ( all buys showing as sells) has been mopped up and the next buy pays 1.989p :-) Now let's get the price back up towards 2.5p where is belongs.

Just grabbed a couple of 100k batches to add to my holding, surprised but also pleased to be able to top-up < 2p today, I must admit that I thought that the Banking DD sign-off would have ensured that we saw the back of 2p for good. I think the news of funds receipt will be received quickly and will provide a positive boost to the SP, expect to hear the detailed plan for the funds as well.

The MMs did not have much stock to sell today @ 0.85p and there was only 100k available from 2 MMs. This was then bought up and they went NT @ 0.85p, therefore I was very surprised to see the 250k buy @ 0.85p/ I therefore believe that this was a Fill or Kill order and would expect the Ask to tick-up to 0.90p in the morning.

NT to buy @ 1.95p and people have paid over - MMs playing games again, think this will move quickly when they finally allow buying

MMs have a 1k share block on the Ask side of the book to slow / prevent buying - looks like this has some legs this today.

There haven't been any TR-1s issued following the placing and it is the responsibility of the investor to notify the business and is not regulated............. Time will tell

I hope that the 18m trade is a buy, however far more likely to be a sell that has been worked over the past week or so. If you wanted to buy that volume, surely you would have looked to participate in the recent fundraise rather than pay 30% more.......... Probably a placee flipping for a quick profit. Don't think we will see a TR-1, however happy to be proved wrong.

3 x 500k dumps either the TR-1 holder continuing to sell or the recent placees flipping for a 25% gain. Liking the rise today, however likely to be short lived with so many shares to be sold :-(

Exactly as expected Potter25 - Looks like some bedwetters have lost their nerve, probably assisted by the deramping on this board this morning. In for the long term, often painful, however believe that in time this will come good.

Agreed cloud9surfer - once the final piece of the funding is signed off, I fully expect this to rerate towards 3p very quickly.

Well that didn't last very long, despite collecting 250k in sells, they have allowed < 200k to be bought before going NT to buy @ 1.95p..........................

At long last, the MMs have decided to make a market - only approx. 250k available @ 1.95p though so Ask is looking very thin.

MMs have a 1k share block on the Ask, sadly it is below the minimum trade value on IG so I can't take it out. Fill or Kill the only way to buy @ 2.50p now - IG asking 2.55p for 50k shares and 2.5999p for anything larger.

Oh look, a PI has been mugged out of his shares as just over 15mins after the Bed & Isa was printed, they have sold 100k shares - FFS MM games always catch out some.

Only 100k showing on RSP @ 2.50p, then we should tick-up, unless the MMs reload it of course.
