Noted Jambone, I am also closer to dying than last week so would appreciate a positive update by the end of March as pretty much all credibility will be lost if not. Well that’s my view and don’t need a lecture on how hard it is predicting timescales for tech as this should have been factored in under managing expectations of investors with more realistic timescales. Addison I can’t make up my mind if you are ramping or de ramping as you indicate news within the next 30days yet also say you wouldn’t mind it to dip so you can buy in. If news drops and it hits your 8.2p estimate that is 500% up on todays SP so why wait to buy and risk the lost opportunity if you are so adamant on news? Even Dom Bella who predicted news last week is being more measured on comments this week. In short we are no nearer to an update at all really as nothing concrete and we know flows of news updates are not in our control which I am fine with for now and we will wait and see over the next 4 weeks. Not ramping, deramping fomo or anything just observing the chartists, BTC followers and researchers views are just speculation until we have revenue generating news.

Assuming there is a product that is revenue generating. I think speculation on any BTC update is irrelevant until we have a revenue generating product as once one is delivered we know the SP will rocket.

Totally agree swerve my concern is the longer we fine tune the more likely someone will beat us to the punch. It's not been a secret for over a year and big companies like Microsoft or Google will cotton onto this opportunity with much more resource. Like any industry of you can find a way to cut costs or improve margin by 30% why do we think QBT is the only kid on the block? Not being negative as havent sold yet but we really need an update soon. I am fine with 25% efficiency if they roll out tomorrow let's not sweat the last few %'s and lose first mover advantage.

Tyke I agree , whilst we would love to see 30p or £1, realistically if we can get to +4p with an RNS on revenue news most will be happy IMHO. It’s definitely a roller coaster share judging by todays last minute drop.

HL and Barclays fine also though note if you make multiple buys on Barclays it takes them a while to get an allocation so you have to do at best for first purchase. Next ones seem fine for live price.

Jambone agree with the pending updates so guess we should hear something concrete before the end of March. If not then we will make personal decisions on our own investments based on personal financial circumstances. So much ambiguity without solid revenue/patent updates mean I’m still none the wiser but happy to wait until my personal deadline.

It does say after that phrase 'as soon a practical' my question is, if already filed why not say already?
A positive update though

Jambone if you can’t read the sentiment and frustration on this platform you need to step back a bit. At the end of the day we all believe the rewards can be life changing, but in the absence of any financial/revenue generation news into QBT why would we not look to protect our investment. At one point you said you were in here for more than 10m shares are you still committed and what is you plan B if no revenue is forthcoming? Who is waiting to get back in if this is going to 30p/50p/£1
??? Getting in at 1.6/1.7/1.8 is academic if it goes up 1000x??
Nam the traders waiting to get back in and at what level? ??

In short none of us know anything news wise and we need revenue generating news so stop trying to challenge anyone who questions your ramping without proof of concept!

Eddie, hear hear it’s irrelevant what others think we are investing for our own personal reasons and no need to justify anything to anyone. I note the emotions and the ramping are coming to a head on this site but guess things will be clear by the end of March as there will either be concrete news by then or there won’t and many will bail.

Whinging and moaning? We can’t be positive all the time Suthy and there is a very strong masculine patronising attitude tone to a lot of responses - I could get quite offended if I was a less battle hardened young female investor. At the end of the day we all have views and as many have pointed out if you don’t like comments ignore them rather than to appear arrogant and above people with patronising responses…..

NR1 yes agree totally I don’t want an RNS/PRN with no substance but given QBT promised to be better at Comms and FG committed on an update interview to reward shareholder patience, it doesn’t do any harm to remind them we are eagerly awaiting positive news and rooting for them. I still remain positive but don’t want this to kick around all year given the large number of updates we are awaiting news that we keep getting reminded of.

I see RKB met FG on Sat according to his twitter feed. Not expecting any secrets as against LSE regs but hopefully he relayed current LTH hopes for concrete news soon.

I just bought 182,170 @2.03 and it is registered as a sell, wasn’t fill or kill either. Guess as below the average it’s classed as a sell but means I won’t trust the volumes red or blue. SP is pretty flat so I’m not concerned.

Jambone to fair 22 isn’t being negative and I share his frustration but totally accept the potential rewards are life changing. Yes let’s of updates and the pointers are looking good but reality is until we have a marketable product and revenue stream we will all have a small degree of skepticism as it’s our hard cash invested that we don’t want to lose. I do feel news is due imminently so let have a calm Sunday and all get on and hopefully our patience will be rewarded as FG has said.

22 probably like Addison the moment I give up and sell the next day news drops. It is big risk but potential big reward and I have hedged much of my investments in more stable places so happy to wait. I expect to hear something by the end of Feb around an update that has tangible revenue stream but will consider my position if nothing is forthcoming. My gut is telling me the signs are good with the new joiners and their options as if Qbt are not 75% there why have these people come onboard. If I’m honest I’ll probably never drop out of Qbt in total but I may reduce my holding by 50% or so if no update that my gut trusts by March. Everyone is different based on their personal circumstances so my target is my target not anyone else’s.

Suthy I was just highlighting that no matter which way BTC goes price wise, QBTs software efficiencies will be relevant in both scenarios. We just need a product out there on the market.

Free thinking always welcome on this site and an interesting read. A said a while back that a friend who is a currency trade reckoned BTC could drop to as low as $12,000 again before it climbs back up so this is one scenario. The good thing about QBT is that if their product works then some miners will want it when BTC is $12,000 in order to survive and cover costs and other will see the benefit when BTC is high so as to have an increased profit margin possibly looking to sell more BTC and build a cash buffer. Will BTC still be here in 15 years who knows? But QBTs promises will either be realised this year or many will bail. Time will tell but I remain positive at least over the next few months.

Agree that must be one one big trade by a very confident person. Volumes are very low over the last few days so guess most are holding onto shares awaiting news. Fingers crossed we will hear by the end of Jan but big companies don’t always move fast from personal experience, so commercial agreement updates may be in Feb or March IMHO.
