SF: You misunderstand my reason for asking. I was interested in knowing the total % of CHAR stock currently shorted to assess whether the recent fall in SP was being influenced. Not a short trader myself in any stock or currency .
A Grey Brigadier here - been with Interactive Investor since it was called something else (Ample?). Good, efficient service - especially telephone customer service. Monthly fee (£9.99) is offset against any dealings. Research facilities not brilliant but DYOR anyway. All my holdings in ISAs, so no opinion on SIPPs
Sitting on a lot of cash for no return and expected increase in divi due September now unlikely. Meanwhile, return at 6% + pretty good for those of us with patience.
