I have seen this. It is quite common practice for companies to own their listing space on Google, which also means paying for Google Ads so they have full visibility on the front page of Google.
There is no pitch or call to action when you click on the link. I think they need to tighten up their corporate message as it can come across as confusing otherwise. Which in this case it has!!!
Weathergeek that’s the SYME share price. I might just bail at 0.99p. I enjoy your posts WG, though I personally, not that you are interested, value your business knowledge over your party organising posts! Either way great job!
I think SYME is a lot like Airbnb. Started in 2008 during the global financial crisis Airbnb brought together home owners and short term renters using tech and received a percentage for this introduction. Fast forward 12 years later Airbnb is about to be listed for at least 30 Billion. Now I am not saying this will be SYME’s financial outcome but I believe in a business that brings together different parties and leaves them both financially better off. I am in it for the long term.
For those that have not read the prospectus it is worth the read. Gets interesting from page 38 and explains in more detail how the business works etc.

PS68. FYI I am a genuine PI and have a strategy for Amigo! I decided to share that with this BB. However, I will now refrain from commenting and offering an opinion on this BB and sit on the sidelines as I have for the past several weeks. I personally think you are too emotionally involved in this company if you are so quick to knock other posters just because you don’t agree with their opinion.
TwistMinkle. I have been reading this BB for several weeks and now seemed like a good time to offer an opinion, not that anyone should care. I am out for the moment but will be back in when the price offers me a better return for the current risk. If I am wrong no problems I have not lost out but I will see the gains once I see a clearer pathway to an entry point.
I believe in this business/industry and the potential for future growth (fin tech) but decided to sell today at a small loss and wait for the price to drop before buying back in again. I am also waiting for a little more certainty as to who is running the show and what their plan is for the future etc etc.
It says on the latest RNS
"The Requisition Notice proposes resolutions to appoint James Benamor as a
director of Amigo and remove each of Nayan Kisnadwala, Roger Lovering and Glen
Crawford as directors of Amigo."
Is it part of JB's plan to get remove Glen Crawford?
