Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
The share price has been flat lining or going down for the last 3 months, unless there is SIGNIFICANT news between now & when any of the remaining shares are left for dilution then I think that we will just as easily get them at the same price or lower.
There doesn't seem atm to be any incentive or advantage to take the offer up, only more risk.
13:50 Desmond, why would do a cash raise before good news? If there was good news he would have done it after an anouncement at the peak, unless a cr was needed for a farm in agreement, which I would assume would be anounced after the shares have been bought up.
I'm not concernex per se about cr as money is needed to fund projects etc. But the motives connected with them, DW seems to cr before bad news & after good news.
Following this hypothesis, there maybe bad news on the way, perhaps about the farm out, tier 1& 2 said no but tier 3 said yes but we will have pay for all of it & we get their expertise.
I really hope I'm wrong as I am invested, & won't adding any more to average down a bit until there are some hard deals done.
Perhaps this is hint as to the future prosperity of the projects, that he can't yet prove but is willing to make a lot of money in bonuses if it does.
Either this or a poor attempt to ramp the share to get a decent price for anther cash raise.
Or horribly bad, 50/50 I'd say, if it's DW's 50/50 it will be very bad news! I used to be an optimist before I learnt of this share, I really do hope it's good news, not just a read out version of the presentation in the lasr RNS!
Sad but true he's been good at creaming the curve as far as crs are concerned, not so great at even maintaining shareholder value let alone increasing it, with long periods of inactivity due to last winter's shut in then poor flow back, it has only decreased the shareholder value at least in the short term.
Here's hoping for a good presentation with hopfully an interesting RNS before it.
I've been trying to sell a small amount since this morning & unable to. This price is going nowhere fast, no one seems to want to buy & the mms are keeping the price up to prevent full scale rush for the door.
I do think there are interesting times ahead but there are better performing shares.
Nah, I was actually going to post wondering when you were going to post something, the chart does feel in a bull mood for now, I have to say your resistance points are pretty accurate when there are no news rises.
Just takes a good bit of news though and it will throw all the chartist rules out the window, the same goes for bad news as well!
I really liked the flow graph of the plan for IW2 on page 14, where the next step is an appraisal pilot drill to see if it will flow commercially, and also the following that I assume will along with the above be paid for by a farmin?

• Take pressure cores coincident with conventional
drilling locations
• Drill and test horizontal producers, first along the
highway corridor (spec 3D seismic available)
• Radiate development away from highway
industrial corridor
I like the sound of this as it's saving money, which everyone likes!
