Really, where is it?

So we are expecting a business update RNS on Friday morning ahead of the Investor Meets presentation. We could almost write this RNS ourselves now.

Expect to see the following phrases: Geopolitical unrest, unprecedented events,slower than envisaged, unexpected delay,ongoing commitment, longer than anticipated, as soon as possible, future opportunities, expect to make significant progress, remains supportive, planned to.Also the words : expected, anticipated, potential, proposed,pending.

Not a lot to look forward to really 😕

Vincent, I hope you'll take the opportunity to get a question or two out there. They need to be accountable.

I think my question will be :

Front the RNS:

The net proceeds of the Fundraise will be utilised for:

· Progression of commercial marine trials with MSC (the world's largest container shipping company) and Cargill (a global leader in commodities trading and fuel supply) through to commercial supply. QUADRISE HAVE HAD THIS MONEY ALREADY BUT HAVE FAILED TO SIGN ANY AGREEMENT

· Advancing projects with OCP in Morocco (the world's largest phosphate fertiliser QUADRISE HAVE HAD THIS MONEY ALREADY BUT HAVE FAILED TO SIGN ANY AGREEMENT

· Strengthening the balance sheet to demonstrate funded counterparty status to commercial partners, supporting confidence in the Company's ability to deliver commercial-scale projects and execute contractual commitments.QUADRISE HAVE HAD THIS MONEY ALREADY BUT HAVE FAILED TO SIGN ANY AGREEMENT

As commercial milestones are delivered, the Company expects to be well positioned.QUADRISE HAS NEVER REACHED A COMMERCIAL MILESTONE.

So the Question is what makes you believe that things will be different this time around.

I hope people are working on their questions for Investor Meets presentation on Friday. It could get quite feisty.

Good letter 44G but unfortunately I think you are setting yourself up for disappointment. Like a lit of LTH on here my investment is down . Socially my friends and family think that I'm a total chump, Quadrise aside they are probably correct on that one. So I totally understand the frustrations many feel on here.

Like Peter said, he can only sign one side of any contract and we have very little agency,if any, with all of our prospective clients. Quadrise have no levers to pull, all we can do is sit and wait and remember that the greatest rewards come after the longest journey.

This is my last attempt to explain:

Material Progress is a long-term, cumulative improvement in human capabilities, technology, or increased access to goods.Material News refers to specific, significant, and often undisclosed information about a company that, if made public, would likely affect its stock price, such as earnings reports, mergers, or management changes.

So a significant difference between the two.Therefore as per the above I would argue that there has been Material Progress over the last 6 months.

Even though HF would have you believe that Material Progress and Material News are the same thing, they are certainly not. For example; if the company was looking to source raw material and identified say 3 potential suppliers then that is Material Progress. If the company then decided to give a supply contract to one of these suppliers then that would be Material News and a RNS would follow.

One thing I will never understand is you.

HF you've moved the goalpost to suit your narrative. You initially stated No material progress, now you've changed it to material news.Two totally different things. Get a grip and keep up...ol boy

HF, if you did some research you would find that material progress does not automatically have to be announced via an RNS (Regulatory News Service). It depends on whether the information qualifies as inside information under UK market rules.

No it doesn't..increased visibility of the company via conferences or networking, on going search for supply of feedstock, meetings with suitable refineries, further meetings with MSC are all progress not RNS able

I don't think that is essentially true. I am sure there is a lot of groundwork going on behind the scenes to ensure we have solid foundations going forward. We just need to keep the faith and yes a little more patience.

I wonder what Andy Morrison is up to nowadays. With him missing the AGM and no doubt some of his duties being passed on to Peter, I wonder if a resignation could be on the cards?

I just think that if you cast aspirtions and false accusations against someone and then about turn and actually agree with the initial proclamation then you should admit you were wrong and apologise.

Very interesting that when I suggested in December 2024 that the word of the year for 2025 would be PATIENCE old Stock Check told me to jog on accusing me of being a trader:

As with others posting to suit their trading position it often takes a while for most to accept that it's a ruse, but I'm on the ball, having seen loads of it over the past 30 years and everyone else will realise what game you're playing at some point, all they really need do is read your posting history.

What's with all this whinging,moaning and blubbering about not knowing what's going on here. Of course we know, we've known for a long time so just be patient. As a reminder the below is my post from over 12 months ago and still very relevant:

Is our only salvation. MSC have played a blinder, managing to not sign up for using an outdated product that no one wants. Unfortunately there is no future for MSAR and BIOMSAR will probably follow suit. Other potential customers will follow MSC and Cargill lead and wait for BIOMSARZERO, now only a potential 2 to 3 years away. So,nothing to see here,which is evident by the silence and lack of interes/news. We have 3 options; sell up (if you can take the hit), buy more at these low prices lock them away and come back in 3 years time. Or you can hold.Stop looking for the silver bullet red dot every morning and manage your expectations accordingly
