What seems to be odd is that there were previous sales of Spanish property that incurred no tax. They seem to be hiding behind the idea that tax is not included within EPRA or IFRS valuations etc. , but there had previously been a stated reduction in NAV on the basis of overall portfolio liquidation costs.

It makes no sense, or at least none that anyone can decipher.

SLFX comes good - announced that they will redeem the C shares (not the Ords) at 2.8737 pence per share). Pretty well in line with most recent NAV and double the last traded share price.

The massive purchasing by Brett Miller was a clear and obvious sign!

I am still out here!! Love the value of this thing right now (well, SLFX at any rate).

Obviously a huge seller on the C shares confounding the rise I expected after the news of the recent Mexico loan settlement.
