Yeah it might well go bust, might also get a breakthrough and end up with a billion market cap

It’s a gamble really, but I have faith and while it’s not ideal at the moment I don’t think we’re seeing anything that’s surprising (in a bad way) for a company which is still waiting to be legally allowed to sell anything. That would really worry me.

Until then, though, I have faith in the board and faith in the products and faith that this lets me retire in 5 years 😁

We had an RNS literally 4 days ago, how can you say there’s nothing to report?

We all know they can’t sell anything until they’re got the required regulatory approvals, and we all know that takes a long time to come to fruition - their website has always maintained that the pipelines for their drugs will be ongoing until 2030 at the earliest, at least from when I started investing a couple of years ago.

If anyone was under the impression Solvonis would be getting drugs to market any time in the next year or so, or they feel that this is overdue given what we know of their pipeline, then I’d like to know where you heard that information because it goes against everything I understand about this company. In my view everything we’re seeing is par for the course on a pre clinical pharma company with only 1 drug in a phase 3 trial.

It’s true the company might be worth nothing in a couple of years, personally I don’t believe it will be which is why I keep investing in it.

Newcastle the last RNs for results said:

Do you honestly believe that $2.8m backlog has now gone to nothing? The bookings that increased 31% last financial year have now gone to 0?

I'd be very surprised if you're right, we'll see later in the year

Is it a flat response? Company is up 13% at the moment even though they're still broadly in the same position as they were, only one of the several drugs in the pipeline which is still years away from being able to be sold has moved a step on. I think a 13% gain on that news is quite good

Remember we're still in a position where not only is the company losing money, but it will be for at least the next couple of years until they can get some drugs to the market, and at any point a bad trial or regulatory response to a drug could cause everything to shut down. The risk in this company is massive and that has a big limiting effect on the potential market cap and share price.

I just hope that the upside if at all comes good will be equally as massive

Not much to talk about now until the SVN-002 bridging data gets in I think, personally am just biding my time :-)

They're averaging more than 1 RNS a month, how much more news do you expect?

We know approvals for drugs take time, and that this won't take off until they are approved and on the market. If you honestly thought this was going to make you a millionaire next week you've only been tricking yourself

The company hopefully isn’t doing anything on the back of short term price movements, we shouldn’t be looking for a pump and dump style news cycle in the hopes of quick profits.

We have good products with massive potential, but it will take time for a company of this size to get through everything that’s needed before they can be sold, if someone is selling out because it’s going to take a couple years to come to fruition then that’s no loss - really it’s on them for believing this would be a quick thing in the first place.

I first invested with an eye on SVN 001 coming to market in 2030, the only thing that’s changed is that the company now have more things in the pipeline. This has never been a short term play

I hope the board care more about the companies finances and products and sales instead of the number of shares being sold, or trying to pump the share price day after day with overly optimistic RNS and linked in posts.

If the company is good then the share price will get to where it needs to be when the company is profit making and has good sales, in the mean time enjoy it while it is low.

If you don't think the company is good, it's best to be invested elsewhere.

The takeover referenced in the RNS for patents in SVN-114 was over $1 billion, and Spravato (the drug SVN-002 is based on) is making over $1 billion annual sales with a much smaller potential market size than what Solvonis will be using it for - assuming we get good bridging data.

Not even counting 001 and 015, I can see this being a $1 billion (~£700 million) market cap company, roughly 35 times the current value or about 10p a share

Unless it gets bought out before then, but even if it does it'll be at a price well above what it's at now

Bridging data for 002 is due this quarter right? Not expecting anything any time soon after 2 RNS’s in 2 weeks but you never know!

Regardless of what happens day to day, the company is debt free, revenue is growing, the order book is growing and losses are shrinking. As long as that continues, and with super capacitor growth expecting double digit % figures for the next several years I don’t see why it wouldn’t, the sp is going to come good sooner or later

What do we know for sure is happening 2026? The bridging data for SVN-002 and SVN-015 data from NIDA, which is still very early stage. Everything else is set for future years right?

Might be some surprises, but I doubt it's gonna get up to the lofty heights of 3p before the end of this year, I'm thinking more like 0.4p or something, even if both those are positive.

Personally planning to hold for at least 5 years so not wanting to be negative but feel it's premature to be thinking of those sorts of numbers right now
