The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Each to their own mate.
Wouldn’t bother me if Newmont got involved with EG.
As when they did the first time the SP jumped up. Having a major come in will mean we’ve got something of interest.
As you say SD seems to be a shrewd operator and long may it continue :)
Back to waiting patiently for me
Good luck
See there share price down 12% today. Sector still being hit hard.
Think results day today but can’t find them on LSE, although someone posted that there costs have gone up 20% and aisc another 100$.
Could give us a pointer on what NCM may release next month in their results.
(I understand Newmont nothing to do with us (yet) but in the Gold sector

Takes 2 to make a transaction though Zoros?
Doesn’t matter that you say GGP will bring nothing to the party and will just cream off the profits. They will own 25% (if Ncm buy the 5%) so they won’t have to sell.
As long as SD can get financing sorted then GGP will go mining.
If not then your preferred option of buyout likely.
I haven’t a clue how it will work out (nor do any of the experts on here….) just a matter of waiting.
Not long to go now in the grand scheme of things.

In the ‘transitioning to growth’ section , under the future : increased havieron resource: two updates within 6 months with orebody open laterally and at depth.
So looking forward to a couple of updated MRE’s by the end of the year.

Hopefully the second part will be out soon so I can listen to what’s actually happening rather than read the stories on here ;)
5.5 trading days until we see a few more results , fingers crossed.

Seems strange that there has been no news on our own drilling plans yet. Normally by now we’d have had an RNS detailing our plans for the drilling season …. Where we’re drilling, how many metres etc….
Hopefully something soon on Scallywag and the JV we have as we’re still managing that for now.

The true investor scarcely ever is Forced to sell his shares, and at all other times he is free to disregard the current price quotation. He need to pay attention to it and act upon it only to the extent that it suits his book, and no more. Thus the investor who permits himself to be stampeded or unduly worried by unjustified market declines in his holdings is perversely transforming his basic advantage into a basic disadvantage. That man would be better off if his stock had no market quotation at all,for he would then be spared the mental anguish caused him by other persons mistakes of judgement”
From the book :intelligent investor
Always worth posting this again ;)

Yes and when were the holes 83 and 84 first reported??
October 2020, that’s right over 18 months ago.
They know exactly what we are dealing with. When they let the market know then we’ll start to go to a fairer value .
Until then …..still waiting patiently for my little slice of history

Don’t think it will be 3-5 years gg19 but I get your point!
Shame it’s come to this between GGP and NCM but was always likely to be the way when the amount of money involved is so great.
For me Havieron will always take care of itself, it’s massive ( not sure on timescales for payday but I can wait)
Hopefully now we can concentrate on our own 100% prospects, as like it or not, this is what will move the SP north for the coming months.
Normally we start drilling in April so would be good to see a plan of action now.
Also be nice if SD can sort out the bank term sheets as then the market will know where we stand.
EG to come hopefully soon aswell as putting a few more holes in Scallywag.
Maybe some news on Firetower and Warrentina this side of summer too.
Lots to look forward to but as always patience is a virtue…

SD was at Northern Star when it went up to 11billion Mcap and the second biggest miner in Australia, on an asset that he’s admitted was nowhere near what HAV is and will be.
Find it strange that posters here seem to think he will be NCM puppet and just roll over.
If he can set in place the finance needed then I’ve got no doubt that he intends to go MINING.
25% of a mine that after 200k of drill holes reported (there will be plenty more) and still has no boundaries.
Gold,Copper and other base metals look like only going one way in the future.
The land we own 100% in the Paterson and beyond ( EG, Tasmania, Panorama) with income coming in yearly from HAV and people here quoting 40p?
Need to dream bigger guys and girls. As I’m sure Mr Day is.
