Looked at his twitter account, a director from a couple of companies .

A post from 2020 pops up saying he sold his syme shares to soon.

Another with an axe to grind by sounds of it.

Hopefully next week all the RTOP stuff can go on a RTOP board.

Not hold back news but for instance they could have chosen a date for certain things to happen after this charge was settled.

But hopefully it might be that catalyst to the settlement of this charge.

Vechain portal was supposed to be H1 2023 so hoping an update on that soon aswell.

Would there of been any advantage to syme holding back any news till this charge is settled?

As in lower the share price the better for them or would it of made no difference at all?

The syme portal news was promoted on their roadmap so must be confident to include it on there , if it doesnt happen then egg on vechains face aswell as symes.

This piece of the jigsaw may speed things up a bit.

Just not looking forward to any more funding agreements, should have been bringing in enough revenue to be self funding by now according to AZ’s ramps in 2020

Loan shares were a way of him selling shares under the radar maybe, price then pumped up, loan companies make millions,AZ gets a cut.

An option of having cash returned instead of shares would mean the loan repayment would be cancelled out by return of money by loan company.

Loan companies could still have shares in order to sell on a big rise.

All the above just 2 possibilities but if shares had been returned that would have been seen as a big positive for share price and rns’d surely?
