Had a choice to invest in syme or into some company in trouble.

So diluted his syme holding, tanked sp and lost a few mill in other company thats been delisted after shoving in millions.

He is a laughing stock.

Would be good to know what percentage PI are now holding, not seen anybody fess up to buying many just lately!

But every share needs an owner, with no tr1’s either, where are these golden tickets* cough cough* going?

I was going to attend the AGM.

Very rare a decent share rises a few thousand percent never mind one like syme.

Only way to profit i can see is trade the spikes.

Be a miracle if we ever hit 0.1p again.

Plans for at least 20% more dilution and u can bet this will be done at the level or even lower than last placing.

20% may be worth 1-1.5m quid.

If revenues are expected why dilute by 20% again.

So why is AZ supposedly forking out legal costs to force the loan co to let him pay off loan and get shares back when he could just use that money and buy the same amount back on open market for much much cheaper???

At least we will not have to see them sitting there with huge grins this year and hear about how hard the team has been working.

Only one thing that coukd save them and that would be the 35m IM taking place.

Im just hoping that this drop and placement was for a party to get 15% of company on the cheap rather than a desperate fund raise but as usual im prob way off the mark.

Years ago first IM was imminent and funder was to be named, sod all happened.

The sp is telling us the story, decimated once again AFTER WL announcement.

If it was going to happen in time sp would have risen.
