I think the court proceedings were just part of the latest pump to shore up sp whilst the placing shares were dumped.

On advfn chart every day there is a line either above or below the current sp.

Sometime during the day the sp drops or rises to this line followed by a correction at end of the day to end up or down a few percent.

Will be slammed down to 0.011 laters on a small sell,can see it coming a mile away.

Surely the large trades were some kind of transfer?

If charge is settled on a low price based on company market cap then that could be a valid sign that price has in fact been manipulated down.

If charge is deferred then that theory is out the window.
