I believe that Bell is talking about the great RRR at the above event at the Brewery Chiswell Street on Monday 25 February starting at 6.15pm.

And notice that RM was given shares for "salary owed" but did not put a penny in at the subscription price of 0.5p. Says it all.

"Some very good news are going to land this month". So the great news about the Marange diamond concession has already landed and has not exactly set the share price alight. I am waiting patiently on the sidelines having followed the story for over a year. I guess it is worth a small punt at these levels with funds earmarked for averaging down.

Size of a deposit has nothing to do with it. The value ascribed by any broker, analyst or investor with one iota of intelligence will look at the first ten years of net profit discounted by 10% per annum. Having a 100 year mine life is no good unless you can make serious money. With the BOD that Circum has I feel they will need a substantial partner. If this project is so wonderful why has it taken 3 years to find somebody to try to get debt funding. Dream on and check out Carlo Baravalle.

Mal.....must have been the MOM as I have been in touch this morning with one of the Circum Directors on other matters and certainly not a guy to sip champagne with GR. My own view is that PREM's stake in Circum is worth $5 million tops at the moment. You have to apply a 10% discount rate to NPV over first 10 years of production and little value thereafter. Still a lot of equity to be issued alongside the debt to get this project off the ground. Will PREM be able to stand its corner to maintain its interest in the project.? Use Danakali Potash for comparison purposes.

So glad that GR had a wonderful time in Cape Town and must now be back on his farm knocking back crates of Windhoek Lager to celebrate his meetings with Ministers from Zimbabwe. He will be licking his lips at the prospect of converting his (as yet unannounced ) loans to the company at around 0.1p. Of course this money will be exiting the door in to his pockets quickly to settle his salary and expenses.IMHO

So what happened to the original financial advisors appointed over 2 years ago ?. Suspect that the % interest held by PREM will be severely watered down with equity required to get this off the ground. Brad Mills is the man responsible for totally ruining Lonmin many years ago.

GR would not know that Christmas is over since his life is like the words in the song "I wish it could be Christmas every day". In his case it is pulling in obscene amount of cash for having lots of supposed meetings. Still waiting for the photos of him at Indaba lunching with Circum and various people from Zimbabwe mining delegation. Perhaps Fuad can oblige ?

This company was the winner for its lithium project in Zimbabwe.

The whole Circum thing has been going on for years and no shortage of similar stories around. Danakali for one. In the meantime have a look to see who won the competition at the Mining Indaba for most promising exploration story in the "Battlefield" followed by Orion Minerals. Compare those 2 go-go companies to old Pringle man Roach.
