RE: What is the Goal30 Apr 2018 06:22
Excellent posts crumbs re What is the Goal and Car-T, a science which i sill struggle to understand fully, except that the R&D costs are so high and the ultimate buy out value is so high.
Delighted to see Krafty posting again, it"s absolutely normal to want the same endings from all these studies. Felt bad yesterday talking it down, as it is everyones ultimate goal.
Just feel we need to express clearly our reasons and goals for being here, especially to newbies and less researched.. which i feel we have added the last couple of weeks.
Every approach, trial, not even dependant on clear success adds more information to the data bases, what failed, what worked and this ultimately will, one day, give cause to ""cures""". We don!t need reminding how many different cancers there are and how many there is no treatment for.
Our own SCIB trials are designed to produce better results than CI have done and do. Their 25% success rate shows us how far there is to go in different sub sects. No offence meant Krafty, i totally aree with your sentiments and where they come from, i just don"t think Scancell holders need the aspiratins of many to hinder goals they seek to beat.
All the same Krafty a nice post and good to see you back here, you certainly add to the BB.
