I remember not so long ago leas posting a very good post here, reminding us it takes often up to ten years to see a drug reach commercialisation, a period mentioned often elsewhere and in the Guardian link posted by DA. It seems a pretty accurate figure applied to us. Can you tell us what the board could have done to manage the IP better, in view of the fact that Moditope was only discovered five years ago? the fault there to me seems our own timelines here were far too short. When you say buy on the dips, do you consider with the SP at 7.75 we are a buy now?? No I don"t agree that the BOD have not been commercially skilled enough, perhaps if funding was not an issue as it has been we might have got through clinical development quicker, but we don"t know that as a fact.

Lets hope we can pull off a commercial deal H1 2019 to ensure trials do take place ready for 2020, the prospect of raising the necessary funding for trials and administration costs does not look too good if we cannot get past 10p by year end 2019 IMHO.

It will be three and a half years before we start the SCIB1 Combo Trial after first announcing it, I dread the prospect it will take as long for SCIB2 to make its appearance.

Really not sure why that is a genuine concern, we have top legal firms and advisers who no doubt will be involved in any commercial negotiations

Lets just hope that is something we are discussing already.

Bobust, FWIW I think we all agree on that, politics of any nature is not worth discussing on a BB or a pub, would be good to share our hopes for Scancell and why, whilst we go through another wait for any news. Considering we should be fully funded throughout 2019, this weekly drop does bother me, it does seem to reflect the markets concern for us being able to do commercial deals until the next round is due.It is applying to so many shares and does seem a reflection of economic and political uncertainty. Wish i was buying in around this level.

Well this is our weekly 5% drop, becoming familiar, lets hope we firm up the remainder of this week. Mystifying sure for sure, wouldn"t it good to make a few bob and back a winning company.

In the meantime we can only scour the market for competition, plenty, but no significant results in the melanoma and lung field, with so many trials CI based, no great surprise to me. As crumbs says we need to get into clinical trials, it has been to long,, we need good news and a whole new number of PIs to arrest this, we seem such a good entry price for newcomers, just need to become a noisy neighbour and hope clinical preperation has advanced to be ready to go soon. GL All, will our patience be rewarded? Lets hope so.

Hargreaves don"t give that kind of advice. Gave up level 2 last week so just taking it from trades listed here. No big deal, You understand the workings better than me, leave it at that. For now, one day a week we are falling 4-7%, that is a fact.

It"s no big deal inan, the majority don"t. I really do think that majority is sick of it. You are right, but it won"t change a thing. We are caught in a funny place, too soon after AGM to really whinge, and very short on actual news still.

I don"t believe in conspiracies either, but look at last weeks trades both here and NEX and it certainly looks like the 100k and a few other trades are buys. Maybe just hard to call, but i do think just very low volumes alone will take the price down, regardless of buys/sells.

Inanaco, I"m not doing anything. It saddens me what the Tory Party are doing tbh, maybe it is just because i have no family, won"t be around too much longer, that i feel very indifferent about it all.

Something i will debate with you is the erosion of hospital transport, conducted by G4S, the state of the NHS, zero hour work contracts, and the inability to get care at home, among a list of issues that i find intolerable, along with many other things. And yes the thought of Labour saddens me as much.

I think the moral of BREXIT is think twice about taking on 27 countries??

Inanaco, just my opinion, I tend to have the telly on all day, and it is driving me potty. It seems nobody agrees with anybody, and ive forgotten lol why i voted. i actually think the basis for leaving was a direct attempt to stop immigration, but i am happy with new directives from the government introdued last April, where applicants have to speak our language.

I cant stop anyone discussing it, just wish it was all over, which it will never be.

Hi Debs, yes, it went on for eight hours.

It is lung cancer, but there is no spread. I knew surgery, chemotherapy and radiation were not to be used on me, but i have another appointment next Monday with radiology just to see whether they can treat it with Sabre Radiation again as the tumour is very close to previous scarring.

To be very honest this has been going on for nearly six years now, I am housebound and very unsure i have the energy to go through that again, but i have given the final choice to my oncologist, who i trust like a brother. The UCLH is unbelievable they have promised me use of their private driver for all transport needs, already written to the Hospice to be readmitted, and if anbody here is unfortunate enough to be diagnosed,
ensure you get there.

Thanks for asking DEBS1, some news on SCIB2 will cheer me up, there is such need for our type of treatment. ATVB
