I don"t find anything positive to say about VAL. Even last years results from trials were distorted here. It goes back to the days of Multibagger, scooby doo and Yoda. If anybody found it in themselves to rec fourteens posts then i feel very sad for them.

I sincerely hope i have made people think before investing here, I have called itright even down to the price of placings months before they occur. Let readers here two opinions to a debate, the rampers just report posts, claim you are filtered and abuse you, but they have called everything wrong, are thousands of pounds down, and still trying to reinvent themselves as professional financial advisers!!!! They are scared to hear the truth...................which is an SP of .75p

Of course it is not legal. It is a perfect example of how the rampers here take everything written, implied and turn it into a fact to get others to buy shares here.

Even today they are out in force with the SP decimated standing at 07.5p and claiming they "are loving it". after doing the same every time this share has fallen from over 7p. It is diabolical.

Glad you made that distinction. It has been said so many times that PIs are supporting Cancer Research, when in fact they are doing nothing of the kind.

This IMHO is nothing but a trading share, using the emotive issue of cancer to help ramp the cause, which is and has been the biggest issue i have had. All treatments are welcome...........................if they work

Hi violindog, good to hear from you. Something on a smaller scale is happening at UCLH, they have already moved Cardiology to Barts Hospital and adding more Cardiology Clinics and Imagery. Survival times are increasing, due largely to earlier detection.

Makes sense that ownership of the Patents, IP and whatever assets are transferred in any Heads of Agreement, whatever the financial consideration is.

cristalball, yes I have, From whatever business background you come from one thing is the same, the IP is worth what a buyer is prepared to pay for it. There have been some awful posts here claiming two compounds have been approved, commercialised, that is far from the reality.

Is the data so far compelling? Will a lot more be needed? Even to get to a Phase 3 trial £20m odd will be needed. A Phase 3 trial will be a minimum of £40m even if an IND will be granted on data collected so far. The red flags are enormous oil beast, you are seeing 50% discounts on placings already, another soon, unable to raise even a £1M and Directors purchases needed even for 500k gross.

At the very best the company must be unable to commit to any further development. That is just my opinion.

Val Ju, hi buddy, the Patents will still be valid, that forms part of the IP. The problem I have always had is the very low shares owned by the BOD. £10K Is nothing.

Remember, whoever agrees to take this onboard will be liable for all the costs of taking all the compounds through trials. The Directors will only ever be unsecured creditors like all PIs, I wonder what roses can add to that?

Jinks, that is why I think the next raising, if there is one, will be around .35.

Unless of course those who believe a deal will happen in some form, occurs.
