Afternoon Ivy, another good win today.

I cannot say how genuine the poster DE is, and neither do I read the posts there. The company has come a long way since 2014, and interested only in the progress we have made since then.

No doubt we will get a comprehensive update to that very progress, again genuinly delighted to welcone aboard our lady from Immunacore, and the new guy in chaerge of manufacturing suggests we are closer to traially a few candidates. Lets hope we do.

Very pleased to receive a reply from him a short time ago. Pretty sure a few people have contacted him, and given he cannot say too much I particularly avoid saying anything he cannot answer. Pleased with what he had to say, and grateful even with RG they have the courtesy to respond so quickly. One point he reiterated was the fundamentals haven"t changed, sentiment for now has . After another difficult week happy that half my holding is now at sub 8p and any "buyers remorse" was swept away by his confidence in our stratagy and progress.

Moljen, not the biggest issue ATM, but where does this figure of £8m , as used by Ruck too, come from?

· Loss for the 6-month period of £3.24 million (2017: loss: £2.02 million)

· Group cash balance at 31 October 2018 was £7.6 million (30 April 2018: £10.3 million)

Well the only need for a capital raise this year would be on news changing the agenda for expectations this year.

What i find frustrating is if we can start both SCIB Combo Trials this year, the focus on Moditope will be lifted a lot, whilst generating a new focus, inflection based news, giving the SP room to move higher and dependant on the terms of any commercial deals giving us another option to raise further funds in the market if needed at hopefully a M/Cap we reached as a high last year.............19.25 or more.

As far as the two new appointments go, as Ruck suggested, hopefully it was need that drove them and frees up time for LD to focus on current collaborations that could well generate income of the non-dilutive kind. As we all say really so many options and possibilities, having both SCIB1 and 2 in trials will make us more attractive to the new PIs we need so badly. Just MO.

Yeah, but the payment to ISA was undisclosed, and the vaccine costs, which should become cheaper, are large singular amounts. Impossible to predict the next 6 months spend without knowing those costs have been settled. Seems such an obvious thing, which made me genuinely ask why not tell us, which at least removes thoughts that that monthly spend will be kept up.

There were a few mischievous posts yesterday on the very same subject, which i believe caused some panic spelling yesterday morning. Avoidable and very important when sentiment and funding affairs are in profile

Thinking the very same thing, so many possibilities and certainly an option. When I consider the size of our pipeline and as a result market doubts we can fulfill the potential, surely it is better to have so many options, such a varied list than not.??

I just couldn"t see us slipping under a M/Cap of £30m, certainly have underestimated the power of sentiment. We have seen six buys at 10p two weeks ago, down to 7,22 now for not winning GC and interim results which were largely expected. Surprises me too that knowing there would be a reaction to those results Scancell have not bothered to itemise costs that are one off payments. Is there some rule about not making RNSs as clear as possible, lol?

Taverham, just seen your post. In what way does it trivialise the work of teams involved. A prize of £20m was given to three different winners, which is to be used to develop their product.

Scancell beat 143 other entrants to get to the final ten. I think the reaction to not winning outright has been well overdone, surely getting to the final is victory alone. Remember too it is CRUK who are paying for the SCIB 2 Combination trial, lock, stock and barrel. That in itself is a serious peer review of our science.

I suggested a delayed buy was coming yesterday after we saw 7.22 paid on NEX, a tick up to 7.50 and full ask paid. Strange movements, and buys like yesterday coming in after a few sells.

Hi Clumpet, lol, not having the best of times are we? Seems with sentiment the way it is even neutral news produces a lower SP. The market has funding issues, whilst much progress is being made bringing Moditope to trial, the market is saying we will need dilutive funding.

At least we have named collaborations entering second and third years, and the checkpoint inhibitors only work in 25% of patients. So we are hoping for a commercial deal this year. Two significant appointments the last two weeks, one being the CSO from Immunacore, so expanding as promised.

As we all know funding is not so easy to get whoever you are. However, I doubled my holding to 220k buying 100k odd in the mid 7s, a long way off the 41p i paid as my first buy six years ago. Lets hope we both get good news, the AIM market as we know moves very fast. Have a good weekend.

Hi guys, was there not a reason why we had to wait a period of time before RNSing the European Patent after being informed it would be granted?

Was it something like 28 days? Anyone remember?
