That whole field seems to have really exploded the last few years, i have read of a few companies who are indeed predicting the best course of treatment with between 75-80% success rates. There have been incredible advances where mutations can be identified early too.

I just wonder how far Lindy has got, it ws certainly something she embraced very early on.

A 5k sell at 6.588. MMs were taking 30k at 6,588, now 25k at 6.5 with Panmure 1 of 2 on the bid. A very quiet day, (so far) famous last words.

Yeah, I have followed it closely too, as far back as when we announced Moditope. Pretty sure boom is in there and a few others. Just shows what a strange market AIM is, I seem to remember back then it was nearly £1 a share, and with what seems like continual good news and that recent rise it is trading at just above half that price now.

Just another example to me of how it is necessary to trade in this market. I guess it is the first time I have enough shares to even think about trading, the chance would be a fine thing, lol. The whole field of diagnostics fascinates me , it is surely the main reason why more people are surviving at least for longer.

It was that RNS that made me decide to double my holdings but not until after GC results. We did move up quickly by 14%, but that RNS along with GC Results probably were the dual reason for the rise.

As they speak about combination therapies, I have been posting we might need more than one item of news to significantly move us, and if it is not news of a non dilutive funding that particularly applies.

Immunological design of upcoming trials, well that in itself more than suggests we will be running the trials, and IMHO Adrian Parrys appointment suggests additions to the pipelines. Big ambitions for a company with money troubles?

Morning, well my first attempt at posting this removed the text, so here we go again. The last couple of weeks the SP performance has seriously bothered me. I can argue the positives and negatives passionately, but when this RNS came through my thoughts were pretty much the same then as they are now. Would Scancell have made these appointments, which seem pretty long term to me, if they didn"t know where funding was coming from. CH said to me that ALL funding options are being considered, i found the ALL in capitals interesting and i can"t imagine that includes a placing or o/o at 6.6p or lower. Strongly suggests to me that Scancell know where the initial funding will come from, in a non dilutive way. Heres that RNS again........................................

Scancell Holdings plc, the developer of novel immunotherapies for the treatment of cancer, today announces
the appointment of Dr Samantha Paston as Head of Research and Dr Adrian Parry as Head of Manufacturing.
Dr Paston started in her role in mid-January and Dr Parry will start in his role on 01 February 2019.
Dr Samantha Paston joins Scancell from Immunocore where she has held several positions since June 2008
including Head of T Cell Cloning and Group Leader. While at Immunocore Samantha was responsible for the
generation of the in house T cell cloning method and biological molecule discovery which made significant
contributions to the current Immunocore oncology pipeline. Prior to this, Samantha held a number of positions
at Medigene, Avidex, NIBSC and GSK. Samantha holds a PhD from University College London in
Immunology/Haematology, following an BSc Honours Degree in Microbiology from the University of Sheffield.
Based at the Company’s corporate offices in Oxford, Samantha will report directly to Scancell’s founder and
Chief Scientific Officer, Professor Lindy Durrant who commented: “Samantha will be invaluable in
immunological design of the upcoming trials and spearheading the new TCR therapeutics and I am very
excited to add such an experienced scientist to the team.”
Dr Adrian Parry joins Scancell from Mereo BioPharma where he was Head of Small Molecule CMC (Chemistry,
Manufacturing and Controls), managing outsourced GMP manufacturing activities to support their clinical trials.
Prior to this, Adrian was New Product Development Director at Juniper Pharmaceuticals where he managed
and coordinated preclinical and CMC development activities. Adrian has previously held further CMC positions
at Circassia, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Prosidion, Evotec and OSI Pharmaceuticals, totalling 20 years of
development expertise .

Just two comments from you this week TF, on top of dozens more over the last few years, and they are nothing compared to the many others. I am actually disappointed that i even lowered myself to explain myself this week, and probably again now, but at the start of a new week, before midnight, I will ask you again, filter me and do NOT address me again. We have enough incidents on this BB, running battles which i will do all in my power to help reduce,do you ever do that??
