Didn"t Ichor sign a pretty significant contract with Ichor fairly recently which involved monthly payments?

Reason I ask is wouldn"t AZ need approval for the devices from Ichor too?

Rest assured we are still actively working with Ichor so we can resubmit the IND at the earliest opportunity.

Very relevant to the posts this week and in our thoughts, hope it helps what a few people are thinking anyway.

WTP , yes., it is.

I share that frustration as I am sure many others do, but as you say we were always promised early results from this trial will be key to the trials success, and that hasn"t changed.

It would be aesy to fall into mass speculation again, fortunately that doen"t seem to be the case, I do think the details from Ichor are worth thinking in term of a new IND though

There are potentially still so many items of news we could receive news on in the meantime, and i am sure Scancell will RNS us as soon as they possibly can re the SCIB1 trial. Considering waiting for news is never far from our needs, I guess the volumes suggest we are holding tight and just seeking reason to see new holders enter the share as well as LTH considering buying more.

We will find out for sure very soon further information, and after so long happy to do so.

Hoping you are well, and rushed off your feet, lol. Was looking forward to having a chat with you at the AGM, unfortunately my plans had to change and missed the opportunity.

For us it is back to the waiting game, waiting for news and extending our patience as we have been doing for a few years now.

Always careful not to put you in a position where you cannot answer, but this was posted on the LSE BB, and seemed as if it might at least put us in a position to re submit a new IND for FDA Approval for the SCIB1 trial in the U.S.A........

On a more positive note, Ichor appointed Flextronics to design and manufacture the new Trigrid electroporation device. They have recently added a write-up on the process to their website which highlights some of the improvements/benefits of the new device.

Chin ups. there have been no sells for two day!!! I understand the difficulties that arise from enrolling six patients at one site, but with surrounding areas too we just seek 6 patients for now and trust progress in that is happening every day. I too took the U.S. arm news as well lets get on with the U.K first, but the potential exposure being in the U.S.A is so very important and I really hope this brings it back as being a realistic possibility as soon as possible.

Well i guess quite simply if we get an RNS saying the IND has been resubmitted we will know it will be OK, Wonder whether we will get a Priority Approval if that is the case, and if there is such a thing??

Meanwhilst, I find it hard to imagine no parients have been enrolled after screening, but that IMHO only.

Hopefully for a good reason, and more to come.

Not withstanding that, enrolling six patients to begin with from Nottingham and surrounding areas shouldn"t be a big problem, surely?

Got it now, simply I thought enrolled meant screened and accepted.

OK, so we have no details on patients who have met the entry criteria.

As yesterday, 6 MMs taking just 50k at 6.51

Bermuda/All, good morning, well we only know of one patient enrolled early on, Aug 19th so surely that means he/she passed the entry criteria?

Yes I do think 7 weeks is significant for any patient enrolled, and I am sure you do too, a patients condition can worsen beyond any known treatment in that time, and I wonder how much before Aug 19th that patient was first put under meeting the criteria for acceptance on trial.

Trouble is again we have a few ifs and buts, and we even talk of whether we will have to submit a new IND for the U.S.A arm.

Boom, my thinking is that for the first patient the criteria met would now be less the 7 weeks waiting to be dosed in trial. With such ill patients would you do nothing by this point? I doubt that very much

Thanks Boom. So todays volume just a 1960 buy, reminding myself that the first patient enrolled ws on the 19th August. The criteria for acceptance on trial was for patients with a life expectancy of three months or more, which means that patient was enrolled 7 weeks ago now. Personally I feel that patient will have been dosed now, the timelines are too close, just depends whether Scancell will RNS first patient dosed, all patients enrolled, or better still all patients dosed, hoping the latter is the case., obviously.

However, annoying to see a 33% drop since the high after Vulpes came aboard, but still just about 100% up on the all time low after City Financials distressed sale, and 33% up on the entry price for Vulpes stake a few months back. Lets hope news comes soon, tomorrow will do. Night guys.
